Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Bali

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en The Royal Purnama. Reservamos su Chempaka Villa por tres noches, con piscina privada, y no nos decepcionó. Las comodidades eran impresionantes; las habitaciones eran realmente bonitas, con acceso a la piscina desde cualquier habitación de la villa. Su ubicación aislada, aunque puede que no sea un hotel de fácil acceso, lo hace especial y apartado. Está cerca de Ubud, o si buscas ir al este, por eso lo reservamos para nuestras tres primeras noches en Bali, para ahorrar tiempo. Disfrutamos de su té de la tarde de cortesía y del increíble servicio en su restaurante Standing Stand y su spa, que fueron increíbles. El personal es realmente fantástico, muy amable y servicial. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí en el futuro.

Bueno, hay que entender que esto no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, aunque quizás hace 20 años, cuando se construyó, era un proyecto de cinco estrellas. El hotel está destartalado, los desayunos son regulares, el espacio es amplio y agradable. Nos alojamos con niños; nos trajeron un cochecito para movernos por el hotel. Hay una habitación infantil, con un programa de 3 estrellas. Hay entretenimiento, como música en vivo por la noche junto a la playa. Para un par de días está bien, unas vacaciones más largas aquí pueden ser agotadoras. La habitación es acogedora, pero claramente necesita reparaciones. Colchones, almohadas, mantas... todo está bien. Salida a las 12, 10 minutos después volvimos de la playa para cambiarnos y hacer el check out; la llave ya no funcionaba, tuvimos que ir desnudos a la recepción con los niños, lo cual fue agotador (la administradora se encogió de hombros y nos dio una llave nueva). En general, un buen lugar si tienes un presupuesto limitado, pero quieres vivir en primera línea.

El hotel tiene una hermosa vista estilo resort, pero las instalaciones y el mobiliario interior son algo anticuados. El desagüe del baño olía mal. El desayuno era variado, pero más acorde con los gustos occidentales, quizás porque la clientela del hotel es predominantemente blanca. El servicio fue mediocre. Llamamos a la centralita dos veces, a las 6 y a las 8 de la tarde, para pedir pañuelos de papel, y aunque accedieron, nadie vino. Esto fue algo que experimentamos durante toda nuestra estancia en Bali, y sin duda fue un mal servicio. Quizás el resort estaba demasiado lleno de huéspedes.

Recomiendo encarecidamente The Stones para unas vacaciones lujosas y cómodas en Bali. La ubicación era excelente, el personal fue muy amable y atento, y el hotel en sí estaba bien cuidado y era satisfactorio en todos los aspectos. Las camas y las almohadas eran cómodas, la piscina era grande y estaba bien diseñada. El jacuzzi estaba calentito y era un placer relajarse después de un día de caminata. El desayuno era fresco y variado, con una gran selección; ¡no nos faltó de nada! La mesa de billar fue una forma genial de que los niños se entretuvieran y el personal se desvivió por ayudarnos. Sin querer, dejé mi bolso con una gran cantidad de dinero y mi pasaporte sobre un banco. Regresé media hora después y el personal lo había localizado y lo había guardado en un lugar seguro después de intentar contactarme. Todo el dinero y los objetos personales seguían en el bolso cuando me lo devolvieron. Son personas muy honestas, amables y genuinas en este hotel. Fue una estancia encantadora.

.Had such a lovely stay at Hilton Bali Resort. The housekeeping team were absolutely amazing and always made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Every staff member we came across was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well for organizing the birthday cake surprise — it made my birthday feel extra special and was such a thoughtful touch. Really grateful for the beautiful experience and hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again.

Nestled alongside some of Bali’s most exquisite resorts, this property offers a refined and luxurious experience at a surprisingly moderate price. The ambiance is serene and tranquil, allowing guests to truly relax and unwind. The cuisine is flavorful and thoughtfully prepared, while the staff provide warm, gracious, and attentive service throughout the stay. The resort is beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a harmonious balance between nature and comfort. One particularly charming detail was the collection of books in various languages thoughtfully placed in each room, as well as in the lobby and by the pool. Spending time reading by the open-air swimming pool or on the beach, surrounded by such peaceful silence, offered a rare and indulgent sense of escape from the outside world.

Una estancia perfecta. El complejo del hotel es grande y espacioso. El servicio es de primera categoría por parte de todos, desde los guardias que revisan el coche en busca de cualquier dispositivo sospechoso hasta el portero, la recepción y la camarera. Incluso el gerente salió a recibirte durante el desayuno para escuchar tus comentarios, si los hubiera. El hotel está frente a la playa, así que es una excelente opción si quieres tener tu propia playa exclusiva. La piscina es increíble, enorme y está muy bien diseñada. También hay gimnasio y sala infantil. Para comer en temporada baja, incluso ofrecen un menú infantil gratis si pides un menú para adultos en su restaurante, que tiene un precio razonable. Si quieres comer fuera, sal del hotel y gira a la derecha; hay restaurantes excelentes a precios razonables. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝

La habitación familiar es grande, la decoración es muy especial, hay un pueblo cercano, y no hay límites obvios con el hotel. El restaurante es relativamente tenso para reservar y el sabor es bueno. El paisaje del maravilloso valle del río, las plantas son muy densas.
