Lo mejor de este viaje fue el hotel. Algunas reseñas mencionaban que la habitación era húmeda y que el aire acondicionado era deficiente; sin embargo, el ambiente en mi habitación era perfecto. Pude ajustar el aire acondicionado fácilmente. Aunque la mayoría de los empleados no hablan inglés, todos tienen su propio traductor. No hay problema para conversar. Al estar en la antigua ciudad fortificada de Jimo, es seguro caminar a medianoche.

Love the theme around the hotel, reminding me of the little mermaid. The room and balcony were really spacious. Love the view and the access to the promenade. Good gym and swimming equipments. The hotel is urge so going to rooms can be quite a trek. Staff was very welcoming and helpful trying their best speaking English or via translating apps. Breakfast was amazing: Chinese and Western options. There is nothing around the hotel in terms of shops but there is a mall about 10 mins by car. Ordering food takes minimum 50 mins. Make sure to ask them to deliver it at the lobby desk, otherwise, it’ll go in the box outside. For first timers, it can be difficult to access the order. Very far from the city centre, but a good quiet and relaxing option for a staycation. A lot of maritime activities available: canoeing, diving and boats etc.

I had a truly wonderful stay thanks to the excellent facilities and staff. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and I especially loved the large, luxurious bathroom! Every staff member was incredibly kind, but I want to give a special shout-out to Kylin. I arrived well before check-in time, and Kylin went above and beyond by allowing me to use the pool and sauna early. I was also touched by the adorable lion plushie gift! Kylin even recommended a great local hotpot restaurant and answered all my small questions with such sincerity—a level of service you don't find just anywhere. The rest of the team was also amazing, helping me with food delivery apps late at night and even bringing the food right to my room. This hotel made my trip so convenient and pleasant. I can't wait to visit Qingdao again just to stay here!

La entrada a las 11:00 horas, el servicio de navegación estaba lleno, la entrada es suave, la habitación es buena, el desayuno tenía una amplia variedad, sólo que estamos apurando para tener desayuno. La habitación es limpia, y no ruidosa en la noche cuando duerme. En general es un buen hotel aeroportuario.

Estancia increíble El hotel está detrás del Hotel Intercontinental, justo en el puerto deportivo. Está cerca de la plaza del 4 de Mayo. Teníamos una habitación familiar, ya que éramos 6 personas, y aun así estuvo genial. Lo único es que solo había una ducha, pero nos las arreglamos. La habitación tiene dos plantas: arriba hay un dormitorio grande con una cama doble y un baño, y abajo, una cama doble y una individual. El desayuno estuvo bien, a mis hijos les encantó. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Y el personal fue muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. También hay lavandería; el hotel nos proporcionó detergente gratis. ¡Recomiendo totalmente el lugar!

At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. What impressed me the most was her kindness in offering me a complimentary room upgrade. It was such a pleasant surprise and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was wonderful, and I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. It clearly shows her dedication to guest satisfaction and her strong commitment to delivering excellent service. We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

前台小姐姐服務很好，周到，幫忙免費升級房間，設施也很齊全，衞生也很好，地理位置不錯，買東西很方便，下次還會再來。床睡得非常舒服，早餐簡單但是味道很好，特別喜歡這家的裝修風格，很有氛圍感，拍照片張張出片兒，愛了愛了！交通方便，還很乾凈！我要推薦給我的朋友們~
