Teníamos una habitación familiar, ya que éramos 6 personas, y aun así estuvo genial. Lo único es que solo había una ducha, pero nos las arreglamos. La habitación tiene dos plantas: arriba hay un dormitorio grande con una cama doble y un baño, y abajo, una cama doble y una individual.
El desayuno estuvo bien, a mis hijos les encantó.
Excelente relación calidad-precio.
Y el personal fue muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades.
También hay lavandería; el hotel nos proporcionó detergente gratis.

8852 Serendipitous LifeOverall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained.
To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language.
The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads.
There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you.
Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute
The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year.
For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.

AAnonymous1337We arrived quite late but everything was already ready for us upon check-in. We got a welcoming drink and had a room conveniently close to the lobby (where you can get free beers at specific times during the day/evening). The room is spacious, and even came with a sitting area outside. A very special thanks to Quentin and Felix for making us comfomtable on the day of checkout where they provided us with everything while we waited before going to the train station. They have been really genorous beyond expectations. Also thanks to 吕凯乐 for the good service :)

MMark RegenassFabulous location, amazing views of the seafront and the evening lights along the promenade. Cross the road to stroll along the beachfront. Service is exceptional and I must complinent the butler service for that personal touch with Butler Lily making our stay especially memorable with her attention to every detail and service without our ever needing to request.
Breakfasts are a superb, the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend for a business with pleasure stay.

CCallum McNeill-KeayMy recent stay at the Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel in a Deluxe Queen Room was a well-rounded and positive experience, particularly suited to travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and efficiency near the airport.
One of the hotel’s strongest advantages is its location. Being situated close to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers or those with early departures or late arrivals. The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress.
The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest.
Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations.
Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. The lobby and common areas were well presented, creating a calm and organised first impression. Dining options were convenient, and while not exceptional, they were satisfactory in quality and variety for a short stay.
In terms of value, the hotel performs strongly. It delivers reliability, cleanliness, and comfort without unnecessary extravagance. For travelers prioritising practicality, convenience, and a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, it is a solid choice.
Overall, the Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel provides a balanced blend of efficiency, comfort, and accessibility. The attentive service, highlighted by small but meaningful gestures from staff such as Ali, elevates the experience and reinforces the hotel’s reputation as a high-quality and dependable airport accommodation option.

UUsuario anónimoGreat location, close to airport. Shuttle bus pick up at airport went without any issue since I have a Chinese phone number, but may be difficult to contact them without it. You need to call them to pick you up and then they will tell you where you’ll be picked up. They have shuttle bus schedule for departure from hotel so make sure you know the time and have to register via wechat. Only stayed for one night. Room was clean but the floor was a bit dirty. Took me awhile to turn on the fridge as it wouldn’t turn on. Appreciate the amenities. Overall, enjoyed my stay, thanks!

BBradley.16We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find.
Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age.
The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance.
Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience.
Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

MMomentary.jLa habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, ¡y me encantó que no oliera a cigarrillo para nada! La ropa de cama estaba impecablemente limpia, y el detalle de proporcionar sales de baño para un medio baño en la bañera fue un detalle muy agradable. Sobre todo, el desayuno fue excelente, y me alegró especialmente que Seonmi, una empleada que habla coreano, estuviera allí para ayudarme a comunicarme. Le estoy muy agradecida a Seonmi, quien siempre fue tan amable y profesional, sin importar lo que le pidiera. ¡Creo que quedarás especialmente satisfecho si traes a tus padres! El centro comercial Didi Mix está a quince minutos, ¡así que también es muy práctico! La piscina era grande y bonita, pero creo que la zona de duchas del baño de mujeres podría estar un poco más limpia. Nos proporcionaron toallas y pantuflas, así que no hubo inconvenientes.
