One of the most gorgeous hotels we have stayed in yet! Right by the sea, excellent service, wonderful amenities. Great breakfast included and was appreciated because there was not much around. Food-wise there were some nearby by walking distance but not many. Could have been because it was slightly off-season. Free beer for guests every afternoon and night and the lounge became a lively place to hang out. Would definitely love to come back.

Love the theme around the hotel, reminding me of the little mermaid. The room and balcony were really spacious. Love the view and the access to the promenade. Good gym and swimming equipments. The hotel is urge so going to rooms can be quite a trek. Staff was very welcoming and helpful trying their best speaking English or via translating apps. Breakfast was amazing: Chinese and Western options. There is nothing around the hotel in terms of shops but there is a mall about 10 mins by car. Ordering food takes minimum 50 mins. Make sure to ask them to deliver it at the lobby desk, otherwise, it’ll go in the box outside. For first timers, it can be difficult to access the order. Very far from the city centre, but a good quiet and relaxing option for a staycation. A lot of maritime activities available: canoeing, diving and boats etc.

The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress. The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations. Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. The lobby and common areas were well presented, creating a calm and organised first impression. Dining options were convenient, and while not exceptional, they were satisfactory in quality and variety for a short stay. In terms of value, the hotel performs strongly. It delivers reliability, cleanliness, and comfort without unnecessary extravagance. For travelers prioritising practicality, convenience, and a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, it is a solid choice. Overall, the Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel provides a balanced blend of efficiency, comfort, and accessibility. The attentive service, highlighted by small but meaningful gestures from staff such as Ali, elevates the experience and reinforces the hotel’s reputation as a high-quality and dependable airport accommodation option.

Great location, close to airport. Shuttle bus pick up at airport went without any issue since I have a Chinese phone number, but may be difficult to contact them without it. You need to call them to pick you up and then they will tell you where you’ll be picked up. They have shuttle bus schedule for departure from hotel so make sure you know the time and have to register via wechat. Only stayed for one night. Room was clean but the floor was a bit dirty. Took me awhile to turn on the fridge as it wouldn’t turn on. Appreciate the amenities. Overall, enjoyed my stay, thanks!

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. He gave me a teddy bear. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, ¡y me encantó que no oliera a cigarrillo para nada! La ropa de cama estaba impecablemente limpia, y el detalle de proporcionar sales de baño para un medio baño en la bañera fue un detalle muy agradable. Sobre todo, el desayuno fue excelente, y me alegró especialmente que Seonmi, una empleada que habla coreano, estuviera allí para ayudarme a comunicarme. Le estoy muy agradecida a Seonmi, quien siempre fue tan amable y profesional, sin importar lo que le pidiera. ¡Creo que quedarás especialmente satisfecho si traes a tus padres! El centro comercial Didi Mix está a quince minutos, ¡así que también es muy práctico! La piscina era grande y bonita, pero creo que la zona de duchas del baño de mujeres podría estar un poco más limpia. Nos proporcionaron toallas y pantuflas, así que no hubo inconvenientes.

前台小姐姐服務很好，周到，幫忙免費升級房間，設施也很齊全，衞生也很好，地理位置不錯，買東西很方便，下次還會再來。床睡得非常舒服，早餐簡單但是味道很好，特別喜歡這家的裝修風格，很有氛圍感，拍照片張張出片兒，愛了愛了！交通方便，還很乾凈！我要推薦給我的朋友們~
