El ambiente y el servicio del hotel fueron excelentes. ¡Muy recomendable! Está muy cerca de las atracciones, me volvería a hospedar aquí la próxima vez. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno era abundante. Sin duda, elegiré este hotel de nuevo para mi próximo viaje. ¡Muy satisfecho!

¡Recomiendo muchísimo esta habitación doble con vista al mar junto a la playa de Shichangzhe en el distrito de Laoshan! La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa, lo que la hace increíblemente conveniente. La habitación ofrece una vista panorámica del mar azul, con vista directa a la playa de Shichangzhe. Podrás contemplar el amanecer sobre el mar por la mañana y sentir la suave brisa marina por la tarde. Las camas individuales son amplias y cómodas, la ropa de cama está limpia y confortable, la habitación es luminosa y limpia, y las instalaciones son completas. El baño tiene ducha y WC separados, y los artículos de aseo están a tu disposición. El ambiente es tranquilo y apacible, lo que garantiza una estancia muy confortable. También hay restaurantes y supermercados cerca, lo que facilita las visitas turísticas. El servicio es atento y considerado, y el precio es excelente. Es el lugar perfecto para alojarse durante unas vacaciones en Qingdao, ¡y sin duda volveré!

I really found this hotel good value for money. The standard room was spacious with plenty of place to work on a laptop and sit and watch a bit of TV. The staff were very responsive. When I arrived, my room smelt a little smoky, and after mentioning this to the staff, they immediately sent a team to deodorise the entire floor, and the room smelt beautiful thereafter. Two in-house restaurants to choose from was a real bonus, and a short walk to the ocean was also great I'll definitely return!

Overall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained. To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language. The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads. There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you. Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year. For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. He gave me a teddy bear. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️

A Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Regency Qingdao ❤️ I checked into the Hyatt Regency Qingdao around 2pm, feeling hungry and exhausted after a long day. I had also bought quite a lot of dry food and local specialties from Laoshan as gifts to bring back to Singapore. With so many bags and luggage, I was wondering how I would manage everything myself. The moment I arrived, the bellboy warmly greeted me, opened the car door, helped with all my luggage and gifts, and guided me through check-in. I was already very grateful for his help. After checking in, I was extremely hungry and wanted to get to the restaurant as quickly as possible. I asked if the staff could bring all my luggage and gifts to my room. I wasn’t even sure if they provided this service, but they immediately said, “No problem.” I handed everything to them and went straight to the restaurant without following them to my room. I was simply too hungry! 😂 Later, when I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised to see all my luggage, bags and gifts neatly arranged and placed properly in the right places. They didn’t just leave everything there — they had taken the extra effort to organize my belongings. That thoughtful gesture really touched me. ❤️ At the restaurant, I jokingly told the waiter, “I’m really hungry! What’s the fastest food the kitchen can prepare in 10 minutes?” 😂 He quickly recommended the tomato and egg soup noodles. I confirmed the order, and amazingly, within about 10 minutes, my hot bowl of soup noodles arrived! 🍜 After such a tiring journey, that bowl of hot soup was exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was the genuine care and attentiveness of the staff. From helping with my luggage, to carefully arranging everything in my room, and responding so quickly at the restaurant — everyone was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. A big thank you to the entire team at Hyatt Regency Qingdao for making my arrival so comfortable and memorable. Sometimes, it is the small gestures that make a hotel stay truly special. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and service. I will definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Qingdao to my friends, and I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao! ❤️🇨🇳

La habitación era muy agradable y muy agradable, con una vista maravillosa al océano que hace que cada mañana se sienta especial. Pasamos horas en el parque acuático, que era limpio, divertido y perfecto para niños y adultos. El personal era muy amable sin ser intrusivo, y los pequeños confortes, como ropa de más, cortinas de desenterramiento y pasteles frescos en el desayuno, hicieron la diferencia. Sólo un encantador y relajador camino que ya esperamos repetir.

Viajé a China por negocios y esta fue mi primera vez alojándome en un apartamento. Tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio y la ubicación era inmejorable. Quizás debido a la gran cantidad de personas que preguntaron, incluso grabaron un video explicando cómo llegar desde Wanxiangcheng al alojamiento (aunque fue un poco difícil de encontrar porque la zona es muy extensa...). La habitación estaba en buen estado y el baño y la ducha eran decentes. Sin embargo, todos los enchufes de la habitación parecían ser de 110 V, lo cual fue un poco incómodo, pero en recepción me prestaron un adaptador, así que pude usarlo.

Es la primera vez en mis 7 años en China que he recibido un servicio tan excelente y un trato tan cálido en Le Meridien. Cindy, Luna y el joven conserje saben cómo atender a los huéspedes. Cindy y Luna se encargaron de los arreglos para mi esposa, que llegó tarde sin que yo dijera nada. También nos dieron automáticamente un upgrade de habitación y nos dieron la bienvenida al programa de recompensas Marriott Bonvoy. Nos conectaron por mensajería instantánea para facilitar la comunicación durante nuestra estancia. La Sra. Liu me dio unos cupones para un café con leche. El desayuno estaba delicioso. En primer lugar, quiero destacar la habitación. La habitación con vistas al mar ofrece una vista espectacular de la playa de Batu Pahat. Despertar por la mañana y contemplar el amanecer con vistas al mar es una experiencia muy agradable, aunque la vista está parcialmente interrumpida por rejas. La habitación también es muy espaciosa, está a menos de 5 minutos a pie del metro y a menos de 10 minutos del centro comercial Lion, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas. Sin embargo, las instalaciones y la limpieza de la habitación eran regulares. Encontré mocos secos en la pared; desconozco quién los dejó allí, pero el hotel no los limpió correctamente. Además, la puerta del armario estaba rota, la ventana no cerraba y la luz parpadeaba. Ducharme solo por la noche resultó un poco inquietante. (Ver vídeo) En segundo lugar, está el problema de seguridad. Resulta que la recepción y las habitaciones no están en el mismo edificio; hay que caminar 30 metros desde la recepción hasta el edificio de las habitaciones. El camino es irregular y, por la mañana, está lleno de coches aparcados, lo que obliga a zigzaguear. Volver de noche es muy oscuro, lo que genera una gran sensación de inseguridad al ir solo. El edificio donde se encuentra la habitación es una antigua recepción abandonada, sin vigilancia. La única medida de seguridad es pasar la tarjeta de la habitación para entrar en el ascensor, pero la puerta de la salida de emergencia está abierta. Al caminar solo, uno tiene la sensación de que alguien podría esconderse en cualquier parte y atacarlo, lo que provoca una gran inquietud. (Ver vídeo)
