El servicio del hotel es súper bueno y con mucha vocación de servicio. Me bajé del auto, abrí la puerta y ayudé con el equipaje🧳. Todos fueron muy buenos. También hay un servicio de mayordomo privado, que no solo me dio bebidas gratis en el refrigerador pequeño sino que también amplió mi horario de salida. El servicio en línea las 24 horas es realmente agradable👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Gracias Eric por tu servicio👏. 🏻👏🏻👏🏻 El ambiente del hotel también es muy bueno. En Qingdao, puedes recostarte y contemplar la puesta de sol en la playa y la vista nocturna de la ciudad. La ubicación del desayuno en el segundo piso tiene vista al mar🌊super feliz

Estoy muy satisfecho con este hotel; el servicio es excelente. ¡Me cambiaron a una habitación mejor con vista lateral al mar! El desayuno también es bastante bueno, con varias opciones: comida occidental y china. ¡Prueben las tartas de huevo! Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo. Ah, y muy limpio, la cama era divina, al igual que las almohadas ortopédicas. ❤️

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window was amazing — you could see the beach directly from the room! The room has a slightly older style, with a few small signs of age, but the room was still pleasant and comfortable. It even has: washing machine, microwave and fridge. The location is very convenient: around 10 minutes from Shilaoren Beach, 5 minutes from the metro station, and about 45 minutes to the city center by metro. The staff was also very nice and helpful during the stay.

¡Este hotel realmente merece un elogio! En primer lugar, la higiene es excelente: la habitación está limpia y ordenada, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. My experience was very good as it’s my second time in this hotel brand . But I still have some comments :  1- after taking a bath , there was a bad smell when I finished .  2- I ordered a pillow , and they told me that need to wait 5 minutes . But I end up calling two times before I get it . 30 m.  3- the service at breakfast time , in the swimming pool was perfect , the staff were so helpful , nice and  caring .  4- the hotel give us two drinks as a gift .  I will definitely visit it again . I just hope they can fix these two prob . But I still love it .

Love the theme around the hotel, reminding me of the little mermaid. The room and balcony were really spacious. Love the view and the access to the promenade. Good gym and swimming equipments. The hotel is urge so going to rooms can be quite a trek. Staff was very welcoming and helpful trying their best speaking English or via translating apps. Breakfast was amazing: Chinese and Western options. There is nothing around the hotel in terms of shops but there is a mall about 10 mins by car. Ordering food takes minimum 50 mins. Make sure to ask them to deliver it at the lobby desk, otherwise, it’ll go in the box outside. For first timers, it can be difficult to access the order. Very far from the city centre, but a good quiet and relaxing option for a staycation. A lot of maritime activities available: canoeing, diving and boats etc.

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. He gave me a teddy bear. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

Viajé a China por negocios y esta fue mi primera vez alojándome en un apartamento. Tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio y la ubicación era inmejorable. Quizás debido a la gran cantidad de personas que preguntaron, incluso grabaron un video explicando cómo llegar desde Wanxiangcheng al alojamiento (aunque fue un poco difícil de encontrar porque la zona es muy extensa...). La habitación estaba en buen estado y el baño y la ducha eran decentes. Sin embargo, todos los enchufes de la habitación parecían ser de 110 V, lo cual fue un poco incómodo, pero en recepción me prestaron un adaptador, así que pude usarlo.

En primer lugar, quiero destacar la habitación. La habitación con vistas al mar ofrece una vista espectacular de la playa de Batu Pahat. Despertar por la mañana y contemplar el amanecer con vistas al mar es una experiencia muy agradable, aunque la vista está parcialmente interrumpida por rejas. La habitación también es muy espaciosa, está a menos de 5 minutos a pie del metro y a menos de 10 minutos del centro comercial Lion, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas. Sin embargo, las instalaciones y la limpieza de la habitación eran regulares. Encontré mocos secos en la pared; desconozco quién los dejó allí, pero el hotel no los limpió correctamente. Además, la puerta del armario estaba rota, la ventana no cerraba y la luz parpadeaba. Ducharme solo por la noche resultó un poco inquietante. (Ver vídeo) En segundo lugar, está el problema de seguridad. Resulta que la recepción y las habitaciones no están en el mismo edificio; hay que caminar 30 metros desde la recepción hasta el edificio de las habitaciones. El camino es irregular y, por la mañana, está lleno de coches aparcados, lo que obliga a zigzaguear. Volver de noche es muy oscuro, lo que genera una gran sensación de inseguridad al ir solo. El edificio donde se encuentra la habitación es una antigua recepción abandonada, sin vigilancia. La única medida de seguridad es pasar la tarjeta de la habitación para entrar en el ascensor, pero la puerta de la salida de emergencia está abierta. Al caminar solo, uno tiene la sensación de que alguien podría esconderse en cualquier parte y atacarlo, lo que provoca una gran inquietud. (Ver vídeo)
