A Truly Memorable Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — the views alone made the trip unforgettable! The room and amenities were impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Dining was a highlight — both the Japanese restaurant and the buffet served absolutely exquisite meals that we’re still talking about. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy, Kitty, and Aria for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever. You made us feel truly welcome and cared for. My family and I are already planning our return — this time for a longer stay, and we hope to try out the water sports as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The hotel is located in a very nice place, but, if you are planning to visit the center of Qingdao it will take around one hour driving. The hotel has not private beach, like almost all the hotels in Qingdao, and is almost 7 minutes driving to the closest public beach. It’s very nice an convenient to stay with children. The personal were very helpful and polite. Their attitude has covered many deficiencies that the hotel has. The outside swimming pool cleanness, which is designed as a small waterpark for children is below average. Due to the water being very shallow and heat up fast , the amount of mold on the tiles is less than ideal , when children are playing and stirring the water all the black bits start to float around and it is not pretty to see . The children play area is full of cigarettes butts buried on the sandbox and you could find some electric cables sticking out. To use the outside swimming pool( children splash area ) located inside the hotel park, we were asked to pay an extra fee. The breakfast is good and almost all the empty vessels were refilled often, but the capacity of the restaurant is well below the amount of guests lodged in the hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay thanks to the excellent facilities and staff. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and I especially loved the large, luxurious bathroom! Every staff member was incredibly kind, but I want to give a special shout-out to Kylin. I arrived well before check-in time, and Kylin went above and beyond by allowing me to use the pool and sauna early. I was also touched by the adorable lion plushie gift! Kylin even recommended a great local hotpot restaurant and answered all my small questions with such sincerity—a level of service you don't find just anywhere. The rest of the team was also amazing, helping me with food delivery apps late at night and even bringing the food right to my room. This hotel made my trip so convenient and pleasant. I can't wait to visit Qingdao again just to stay here!

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. He gave me a teddy bear. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️

Grand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

A Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Regency Qingdao ❤️ I checked into the Hyatt Regency Qingdao around 2pm, feeling hungry and exhausted after a long day. I had also bought quite a lot of dry food and local specialties from Laoshan as gifts to bring back to Singapore. With so many bags and luggage, I was wondering how I would manage everything myself. The moment I arrived, the bellboy warmly greeted me, opened the car door, helped with all my luggage and gifts, and guided me through check-in. I was already very grateful for his help. After checking in, I was extremely hungry and wanted to get to the restaurant as quickly as possible. I asked if the staff could bring all my luggage and gifts to my room. I wasn’t even sure if they provided this service, but they immediately said, “No problem.” I handed everything to them and went straight to the restaurant without following them to my room. I was simply too hungry! 😂 Later, when I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised to see all my luggage, bags and gifts neatly arranged and placed properly in the right places. They didn’t just leave everything there — they had taken the extra effort to organize my belongings. That thoughtful gesture really touched me. ❤️ At the restaurant, I jokingly told the waiter, “I’m really hungry! What’s the fastest food the kitchen can prepare in 10 minutes?” 😂 He quickly recommended the tomato and egg soup noodles. I confirmed the order, and amazingly, within about 10 minutes, my hot bowl of soup noodles arrived! 🍜 After such a tiring journey, that bowl of hot soup was exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was the genuine care and attentiveness of the staff. From helping with my luggage, to carefully arranging everything in my room, and responding so quickly at the restaurant — everyone was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. A big thank you to the entire team at Hyatt Regency Qingdao for making my arrival so comfortable and memorable. Sometimes, it is the small gestures that make a hotel stay truly special. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and service. I will definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Qingdao to my friends, and I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao! ❤️🇨🇳

La ubicación es muy agradable, la ubicación es muy alta, la de una unidad 40-minute, y la unidad es hermosa. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El desayuno era medio, pero por un precio ligeramente más alto, vale la pena incluir con su estancia para el conveniencia. En general, este es un lugar relajado y agradable para permanecer, especialmente si usted está buscando un paseo justo fuera de la ciudad.

La habitación es perfecta. Las instalaciones son buenas pero esta algo antiguas. A la piscina exterior le faltan baldosas y solo se accede por un extremo con control de llave del hotel. Hotel con muchas familias. El edificio un complejo con tres hoteles diferentes. Hilton es uno de ellos.

La ubicación y las instalaciones eran fantásticas. Este hotel es ideal para que la familia se relaje durante sus vacaciones. La encargada, Cindy, hizo un trabajo excelente; nos recordó nuestros vales para la cena y revisó nuestras pertenencias con amabilidad. Sin duda, volveremos y esperamos que puedan ofrecer más variedad de comidas en los bufés de la cena.
