Goldern Hill Guest House is lovely place to stay and explore Somerset West and Cape Town. The rooms are large and have an fantastic view of the large garden and swimming pool. If love nature, Goldern Hill Guest house is the place to stay. The rooms are large and plenty of cupboard space and owners are very friendly and accommodating.

A superb guesthouse. Well located - serene quiet surroundings yet only minutes from town centre. Beaches and winelands close by. Hosts are responsive and very friendly. Room comfortable and well equipped. Room had lovely private patio. Upper level rooms have views out over the bay. Nice garden and swimming pool with loungers available to guests. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Great place to relax and unwind but if you're looking for great restaurants or entertainment close by you won't find it. Great rooms but WiFi was dodgy. The staff were nice and so was their playful dog.

Wilfried and Melanie are very friendly hosts and go a long way to accommodate their guests. Their beautiful guesthouse with a big green garden and a pool is a great place to stay! They serve a very tasty breakfast as well.

The location was beautiful to watch as the dawn rose each morning away from the hustle of the town. Birds singing and even in the heat wave the the house remained in a good temperature range. The breakfasts were sublime and the owners of the guest house were exceptionally accommodating. The internet was fast and we really couldn't fault the experience at all.

The hosts were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were super. The B&B is located on a hill and was previously a farm so it is quiet and secluded yet very near to Cape Town and the other tourist sites and within walking distance of fabulous wineries.

The accommodation was well placed in Somerset West in a quiet area. It was ideal for our purposes of going to a concert at Vergelegen. The host and hostess were very welcoming and went that bit extra to make feel at home.

Travelled for work. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Host was very friendly. Room was clean and had all the basic requirements. Nice breakfast available in the morning. Close to where our function was held and easy to find.
