酒店對面是郵局，購買的明信片性價比很高。酒店距離景點在步行10-15分鐘左右，位置非常好

Hotel is conveniently located in city centre. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk team spoke good English and attended to our requests promptly.
Only small hiccup was the confusion about the VIP benefit of free spa - when we checked out the health centre, a miscommunication with the health centre staff (who showed us around the health centre) gave us the impression that free massage was part of the VIP benefit. So we went for the massage only to be taken aback when we were asked to pay for the massage.

The service at this hotel is what makes it a 5-star experience. The dated rooms, not so much.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They went well out of their way to ensure our happiness. When we checked in, I tried booking a train ticket. It was extremely challenging as the website is unreliable and complicated. Eva helped us navigate the unruly website for over 20 minutes and eventually suggested taking the bus to Plovdiv. Her support was fantastic and the bus was easy to manage. (Don't take the trains.)
The room was a bit dated.

The best hotel in Sofia. Really excellent service, incredible views, spacious rooms, really comfy beds and just an amazing breakfast! Really could not fault it, cannot wait to stay there again.

It is a grand hotel. Outstanding. Well located. Unfortunately, it is always the staff that kills the review. On the second day, I came to the front desk to ask to have the room cleaned. A young guy read me the riot act because I was not using the cards properly. I tried to explain to him that I didn't have the slightest idea what he was talking about. He interrupted me and told me that I needed to use the card system to let the staff know what I wanted to do with the room. I gave up. I didn't know what cards he was talking about. I am a 67-year-old man from Texas that tries to travel a week every month. I felt humiliated. it was my intention to recommend this hotel to my friends, but not anymore.
