Great hotel if you’re heading to Universal Studio as it offered a free return shuttle service. It’s still about 30mins drive away. The hotel is pretty minimalistic- very small room, comfortable bed, tv, and has a pool. I liked the ice/water machine instead of bottled water and they provided 2 carafes to fill water/ice with. Staff were great. There were 2 restaurants but I didn’t use them. There were metro/bus station across the street with malls within 10min walk away. There was also a street market near the metro station, not sure if it opened every night. My only gripe- I turned on the Do Not Disturb sign but still got interrupted by Housekeeing. Maybe the hotel could provide the option to have your room service very second day to so.

Stayed in the loft room which boasted a beautiful space with a gorgeous view. The room featured a pantry stocked with pots, pans, bowls, cups, and cutlery, along with a bidet in the toilet, which was excellent. The pool was wonderful, and the self-service laundrette was a convenient addition for drying our swimwear. The reception area was equally stunning, with a shared working space to enhance productivity. However, I found the check-in process uncomfortable. While the staff at the counter were welcoming, they had to use personal devices to take a photo of my ID. I believe the management should have provided a scanner to ensure guest details are stored securely and handled professionally. This oversight reflects poorly on management, not the staff. Additionally, there was no housekeeper available at night, and I was unable to obtain an extra blanket when requested. Despite these issues, overall, it was a positive experience. I would definitely consider returning for my next study-cation.

No esperaba mucho de esta pequeña casa de huéspedes, con baja tarifa.Sin embargo, sería mejor si los muebles y muros se mantuvieran bien y se sirvieran. El aire acondicionado en la habitación que me quedé en el nivel superior es ruidoso y viejo. El servicio en la oficina delantera es promedio, no muy interactivo. El kit de tobillo proporcionado ha expirado pasta dental. No hay nevera, no hay TV. Si estás aquí en Singapur para disfrutar, El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede encontrar un lugar muy bueno.

I find this property very difficult to rate we had high expectations. I guess we looked at the room rates and we just figured there would be a lot more to offer the property is very minimalistic. Can’t say much about the staff because the hotel is so new but they definitely need more experienced management for sure, I’m a Titanium Elite member so I did get an upgrade to their basic suite. The rooms and the property has no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the hall everything in the rooms next-door to you for that reason alone I would not return. I was told if I wanted further upgrade I could use my suite Night awards they have a promo going on But then was told after ,we don’t control that Marriott controls that which I know they do but it did say it was available but what they had done after me requesting about 10 times for the upgrade instead of honoring what they said they gave it to someone else two hours prior to check and bragged about it see below I did ask the management what I did wrong Anything? Or what do I have to do next time? But like I said the management is very new and inexperienced so I didn’t get much benefit of asking that question I think it’s an overpriced property in my opinion they won’t survive not at the rates I see some rates entry-level thousand dollars $1200 depending on the dates, no way in a million years is this property command those kind of dollars we come to Singapore 3-4 times a year we stay around 80 nights I won’t be visiting this property again anytime soon. as well Not crazy about the location and if it rains you’re at luck we didn’t try the restaurant there wasn’t much on the menu Have a look at it so I can’t comment on that, no buffet breakfast included no lounge just don’t see the value at all, but if you want your milk because they don’t leave milk in the room for your coffee, I suggest you order it an hour in advance. Check out is 12:00 to me a 2 star or 3 star has 12:00 check out.the spa is basic very small only few people can fit in jacuzzi, maybe three in the Steam and the bathroom utensils or something you would see again in the two or three star hotel again very disappointing.PS before you go to bed check that they’ve left coffee or sugar in your room so that way when you get up in the morning and you find there’s nothing there you won’t have to wait an hour to get it. It’s hard to believe they don’t even leave milk in the room. You have to call up for it every morning.

Easily accesible to Siloso Beach. Room was decent and clean with beach view. Bed was comfortable and slightly larger than usual queen size bed. Only downside was we had to wait for a queen bedroom for 30mins despite requesting 1month in advance when booking was made. Was offered double single bed or wait 30-45mins upon arrival to check in.

Mi tercera estancia en el hotel Shangri-la este año. Un hermoso hotel rodeado de mucha naturaleza y vegetación y es muy relajante y cómodo aloj**** aquí. La habitación en el ala del jardín es grande y espaciosa, con un bonito balcón. Una buena comida en el Lobby Lounge después de un chapuzón en la piscina es paradisíaca. ¡Muchas gracias al amable personal que hizo que mi estancia fuera memorable!

This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

La ubicación era buena, la parada de autobús en frente del hotel, cerca de la calle MRT Lavender. Servicio de traslado en autobús desde el aeropuerto por solo 10 SGD. El ambiente del vestíbulo está bien, hay muchos viajes en grupo desde la India. Me dieron la habitación al lado del ascensor, al principio pensé que estaba cerca del sitio de construcción. La habitación es compacta, no está limpia pero yo también. Estoy cansado de informar eso a la recepción, y luego tomo alcohol en aerosol y luego lo limpio yo solo. El Wi-Fi es bueno para mí, en total 5 dispositivos. El personal también está dispuesto a ayudar. Es bueno para viajes de negocios, hotel económico.
