Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

房間挺大，有小客廳，還有小廚房可以做飯，還算寬敞，酒店周邊比較安靜，旁邊就是地鐵站，從地鐵站直接走到烏節路商場十分鐘，非常方便，早餐比較簡單，基本天天就是幾樣選擇，住了6天吃膩了

As two couples we had a great 7 day stay at Fraser Suites. I will summarise our stay as follows: Positives: The accommodation suited us perfectly; spacious, with a balcony, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen if you need it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and housekeeping visited every day, replenishing laundry powder, toiletries and they also left fresh towels. The master bedroom is big, with ensuite bathroom (with a separate toilet to the shower). There is a Fairprice Finest literally next door, along with a Little Farms, and an Italian restaurant that does takeaway pizza. Other local eateries too. The Great World MRT is about a 12-15 minute walk away, but once you get the hang of the buses they are good too, as there are stops nearby. The MRT is just two stops away on this route (Riva Lodge). We didn’t use the free shuttle service. The pool area was nice and pool towels are provided. We never had to wait long for the lifts. Negatives: A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful so that I could do my make-up and dry my hair whilst my husband was in the shower. I don’t think there was one in the master bedroom either. There are full length mirrors all along one wall in the kitchen so I resorted to doing my hair and make-up in there. No spare socket by the bed. Nowhere to put towels in the smaller bathroom. We would have been happy to re-use towels if there was somewhere to hang them up and felt this was a waste of energy. A couple of hooks would have been brilliant. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you’re going to be there for a longer period, but there is a note left by management to just ask for anything you need. A small table on the balcony would have been useful. Breakfast was very hit and miss. On more than one occasion I had to tell the staff that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. I was very worried about the food safety aspect of lukewarm meat. We ended up asking the staff to get the chef to make us fresh eggs once we realised this was an option. The toaster was so slow and took 2-3 rotations to get anything other than warm bread. It was however nice to have a bit of variety of the Asian dishes. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the city, this is a great place for families with the convenience of laundry facilities and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a bonus and breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it. I hope this is helpful!

En general, tuvimos una buena estadía como siempre, la habitación estaba un poco anticuada pero estaba muy limpia, al menos para la habitación que ocupamos. Me gustaría destacar que la empleada de limpieza del nivel 6 fue muy detallista y servicial. Lamentablemente, no pude obtener su nombre (hablaba bien chino y sonaba como si fuera de Vietnam), pero las cosas definitivamente funcionaron mejor cuando ella estaba cerca. Agradezco al personal de limpieza del nivel 4 por pasarnos un juego de toallas limpias. Agradezco mucho sus esfuerzos para hacer que nuestra estadía fuera relajante. El personal de recepción / check in también fue muy servicial y amable. Solo una pequeña queja. Los gerentes de desayuno súper alegres y agradables de siempre parecen haberse ido. Recordé que eran mejores en términos de manejo de multitudes, mesas y disposición. Ahora hay más de 5 empleados durante las horas de desayuno algunos días, pero las mesas aún están casi sin limpiar. Además, había una señora china con cabello largo que aparentemente tenía un extraño conjunto de modales hacia los huéspedes locales, lo que me dejó una mala impresión. Afortunadamente, solo la vimos en 2 de los 7 días que estuvimos allí. El desayuno es decente, aunque los croissants estaban duros como piedras durante 3 de los 7 días, pero en general, ¡la recomendaría para una estadía!

El hotel es muy bueno. El hotel es muy antiguo pero bien gestionado en una buena ubicación. El desayuno buffet tiene grandes opciones.

Fairmont Singapore truly impressed us with its exceptional service and attention to detail. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking city views, making it a perfect retreat. The staff were outstanding, especially Keith, who went above and beyond to help us arrange an early check-in to accommodate our young kids—an act of kindness that made our stay so much smoother. The hotel’s prime location above City Hall MRT and Raffles City made exploring Singapore effortless. For comfort, convenience, and impeccable service, Fairmont Singapore is second to none!

Es un hotel nuevo, por lo que la limpieza es buena. La habitación es agradable para dos personas y era acogedora. La televisión tiene netflix y youtube, sin embargo, se retrasa un poco al cambiar de canal y nuestra zona de ducha está como obstruida. Realmente lleva tiempo que el agua se vaya por el desagüe. A pesar de todo, fue una estancia agradable. El personal también fue amable, la natación es sencilla y agradable. La ubicación está a solo 3 paradas de autobús de vivo. Gracias por permitirme hacer el check out más tarde de lo habitual. :)

Esta fue la mejor experiencia para mí. Jasper Ong y Violet Tan fueron los mejores. Especialmente, fueron muy amables. Y Violet me brindó el consuelo de una madre. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas y tiene una gran ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy limpio, tiene una ducha grande (muy buena!!!) y se limpia todos los días. ¡Me gustaba que en la cama había dos diferentes cucharas, una suave y una firme! ¡Porque sólo me gustan las suaves, es genial para mí! La comida es muy agradable y útil. Reservar taxis en la noche para nosotros o dar buenas consejos como tuvimos algunos problemas con la tarjeta de crédito (no era culpa del hotel, era el banco!) y lo mejor : la cosa siempre sonríe! ¡No olvidemos la bonita máquina de zumo de naranja (dos!). tener un zumo de naranja fresco después del día de trabajo caliente fue genial! No me tomé ninguna foto del hotel, pero lo hice de la máquina de jugo :) El desayuno era agradable y siempre hay algo para todos. Me encanta la comida asiática, así que me disfruté de los caya y los frutos frescos. El café también es agradable y me encanta el té masala! En la esquina del hotel se puede comer famoso Katong laksa! el mejor en la ciudad en mi opinión honesta! También cinco estrellas de pollo es un buen lugar para comer, ya que sirven un buen arroz de pollo hainanes. Si sales de la calle de cinco estrellas de pollo, encontrarás Mel ́s Place, un hermoso jardín de cerveza con gente local. Cuando viaja, me gusta conectar con la gente local y obtener más consejos agradables para ir, así que mis consejos aquí están lejos de las zonas turísticas y eventos.

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.
