En general, es satisfactorio. El paisaje de toda la isla es hermoso y el diseño es muy privado. Las habitaciones del hotel no son tan impresionantes. Es mejor que la sencillez y la comodidad naturales. El servicio fue muy considerado, porque las comisuras de los ojos estaban inflamadas, el médico del hotel estaba allí y revisó y dio el medicamento de inmediato. Los trabajadores del servicio local en la isla son muy sencillos, siempre sonríen y se saludan, y algunos todavía están tratando de charlar contigo en chino. Básicamente, tres días en la isla, comer, beber, dormir, nadar, pescar, bucear, es bastante satisfactorio. Solo hay dos restaurantes, los precios de la comida no son bajos, si tienes estómago chino, quedarte más de tres días sigue siendo un poco difícil.

Hay una lancha rápida especial para este hotel, puede comprar el boleto de la lancha rápida directamente, es muy conveniente para una persona ir y venir de 27 dólares. Aproximadamente 1 hora en barco, puede ir directamente al muelle del hotel. La playa del hotel es muy bonita y el parque del hotel también es especialmente adecuado para tomar fotografías. No es necesario editar imágenes en absoluto. ¡El paisaje es muy hermoso! También hay pavos reales en el parque, que a los niños les encantan, y hay conejos en la presentación del hotel, pero todos están muertos después de preguntar. La única insatisfacción es que el desayuno es muy malo, básicamente no hay nada para comer, el almuerzo y la cena se ordenan en el restaurante del hotel, los platos ordenados son buenos, y hay papas fritas, hamburguesas y pizzas de comida rápida en el parque. A los niños les gusta. La comida, la higiene de la habitación no es mala, mucho mejor que otros hoteles en la isla de Koh Rong. Este hotel es más adecuado para que juegue una familia, y puedes ver el visón cuando navegas, ¡lo cual es muy interesante!

Le site est géré par un monsieur mal honnête. Comme une sensation de se faire avoir. D’ailleurs sur la terrasse du restaurant aucun prix est affiché (bien étrange !!!) on a discuté le prix des scooters qui nous les louaient plus cher que sur tout le reste de l’île . Concernant les chambres, elles ne sont pas finies, spacieuses mais sans mobiliers, même pas de portant ou étagère pour les affaires. Ne vous fier pas a la liste des éléments que l’on retrouve dans les chambres, je cherche encore le coffre fort et tout le reste. La touche d’humour est quand même les serviettes de toilettes brodées avec le nom de l’établissement et les 5 étoiles ( mieux vaut en rire) le proprio nous dis que l’établissement une fois fini sera 5 étoiles. Le site est en travaux car de nouveaux logement sortent de terres. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’accueil ça se fait à l’espace bar/restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur de l’hôtel 🤮🤮🤮. La seule de chose de positive est la plage qui est juste superbe.

i absolutely love this place. Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It was really the best choice for such price. Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there. Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it: 1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry. 2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way. The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢 So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

La ubicación es fantástica y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Había algún problema con mi reserva pero el gerente y el personal fueron muy útiles en encontrar una solución. Me disfruté de mi estadía aquí y me hubiera vuelto. Si te quedas aquí o no, recomiendo venir a cenar. Pueden organizar un agradable BBQ en la playa; es una gran experiencia (lo hicimos dos veces y fuimos la única mesa), la comida es increíble, y cuesta como comer en cualquier otro restaurante de la zona (pero aquí usted come muy bien, en los otros restaurantes de playa no tan bien, en mi experiencia).
