Shenzhen Dongmen Pedestrian Street RANZ Lanzi Hotel

Excelente ubicación, entrada en un callejón, tienda 7-11 en la esquina. El personal era amable y tenía cálidas sonrisas. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, un gran colchón, excelentes papeles higiénicos jaja. nada de qué quej****

Si buscas explorar la calle peatonal, disfruta de los diferentes tipos de comida callejera, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. El hotel RANZ tiene la mejor ubicación, está a solo 5 minutos a pie. Mi habitación es muy espaciosa, el aire acondicionado es excelente. Elegiremos quedarnos aquí de nuevo. Elija el nivel medio y superior para su habitación.

El estilo de decoración del hotel es muy bueno, la ubicación es buena, está cerca de Dongmen Old Street, a unos seis o siete minutos de la entrada del metro. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno en todos los aspectos, la señora de la recepción es educada y acogedora, las instalaciones de las habitaciones son nuevas, limpias y la iluminación es particularmente buena.

La habitación está muy limpia, es muy conveniente para ir de compras y comer, y por la noche es tranquila, el resto es muy alto y lo principal es bastante asequible.

Cerca de Dongmen Old Street, está diagonalmente frente a la ciudad mayorista de Baima, fácil de encontrar, servicio amable, amplias habitaciones, nuevas instalaciones.

Room in Ranz is very good, customer service is great, Xiao Lai- a good staff, who support me very good from check in, upgrade room, and weight a luggage. She is nice, also the whole service is great. Besides, the location is nearby many shops, malls, street food. You can try when come to Shenzhen

Our stay at RANZ was a very pleasant one. The original room given to us smells of smoke so I requested for a change. The receptionist ( very polite bespectacled young man) immediately walked me up to another room and let me inspect and made changes for us. Really appreciate it. The room is spacious, although it's written as Queen size bed but actually it is king sized. The mattress, pillows and blanket are very comfortable. The bedding is clean. The air conditioning is individually controlled, it's cold and the room cools down fast too. The toilet is also clean and basic amenities are given like toothbrush, cotton pads & ear buds, shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. The water pressure is strong and hot water temperature is good too. The bath towels are all bleached and individually packed, However, the lighting in the toilet is abit dim, which made it a little difficult to do your make up. The room doesn't smell of smoke at all even when you just switch on the air conditioning. The room is clean and has a little bay window. It also has day and blackout curtains. I stayed on the fifth floor, facing the mall, it's not noisy but of course you can still hear the honking of cars and ebikes which we are fine with it. The location is excellent! It's very near to restaurants, malls, pedestrian street, all within walking distance. There's also a sundry store just outside the hotel where you can pick up some water or drinks before going back to the hotel. Taxis are also readily available,just outside the hotel. Although it's a small hotel, the service is excellent. We are glad that we booked this hotel, making our stay in Shenzhen an even better one. I will still want to stay here and also recommend my friends to stay at the RANZ if we're in Shenzhen again. Highly recommended!
