I highly recommend this hotel 🙏 非常好！I'm extremely satisfied with the staff.. Friendly, Cooperative and helpful... The apar**ent was clean with all the necessary facilities and furniture. Big windows and wonderful views at the daytime and during night. Close to the subway station and few stations to visit the ancient places, down town and many attractions. 15~20minutes away from the train station. I would return back and stay at this hotel to discover the beauty of Shenyang and enjoy my stay. Satisfied 🌹

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service from the staff. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, with modern decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the attention to detail in maintaining its tidiness was truly commendable. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch，and I appreciated the serene a**osphere it offered. the location of [阿尔塔酒店式公寓（沈阳青年大街茂业中心 店)] was perfect. Situated in a convenient and central area, it was easy for me to explore the nearby attractions and immerse myself in the local culture. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation made getting around hassle-free. Overall, my stay at [阿尔塔酒店式公寓（沈阳青年大街茂业中心 店)] exceeded my expectations in every way. The friendly and professional staff, combined with the excellent facilities, made for an unforgettable experience. 房間衞生很好，床單可以看出是新換的，住了兩晚，有專人清理衞生，投屏影視會員體驗感也非常好，店長很熱情，還送了旅遊攻略手冊，還有景點的定位，會提供基本的洗漱用品，酒店細節跟圖片一致，本人衹拍了投影😅

很不錯的住宿🥰 地理位置很好，出門拐兩步可能不到200米就到地鐵站了，往前走100米一個路口就是商業街還有可以吃飯的地方。設施基本和酒店展示圖片一致，房型還是挺大的，有小愛同學控制開關燈，屋子裡設施都齊全，洗澡水挺熱乎滴~（床上擺滿了帶的行李所以沒拍床😂）和亞朵在相鄰的樓，這個位置這個價位真的相當可以了，去哪打車也就20分鐘左右🥺 老闆人也很熱情，攜程上本來寫的沒前台害怕找不到住處結果打個電話老闆直接下來接送到門口，推薦了酒店附近的景點還送了一副彩插畫瀋陽旅遊地圖（見p5），離店的時候也可以幫忙存行李不用擔心出去玩的問題🥰 缺點是有點不隔音，在屋裡能聽到別的房小愛還有説話的聲音，不太大 總之是很滿意的一次住宿~

住在阿爾塔公寓式酒店體驗挺好，環境安靜也很安全，酒店舒適感不錯啊，生活設施配套齊全，主要因為是辦理美簽才住的，離美簽地方6分鐘路程，老闆還提醒辦美簽的一些注意事項，已以及周邊可以去吃飯的地點，總之我個人覺得體驗不錯，值得推薦😊

酒店還不錯，預訂的標間，房間朝陽的，乾濕分離的浴室，智能馬桶，智能小度，酒店還有個免費的停車場，在後院，可以停車，房間空調可以，很暖和，酒店在中街邊上，很安靜，也不臨街，旁邊就是恆隆廣場還有超市，離故宮，大帥府也都是步行距離，溜達溜達就過去了，附近有個懷遠門地鐵口跟中街，感覺距離差不多，步行7.8分鐘吧

來瀋陽辦美簽，看這家點評不錯就預訂了。到了發現比預期的還要方便。離辦簽證的地方確實非常近（第一張圖片就是房間裏拍的，小紅點就是辦簽證的地方）。老闆很熱情，給介紹了附近很多好吃的。瀋陽的燒烤確實不錯還很實惠。房間也很乾凈。美簽順利通過，一次完美的旅程。
