We had a terrible experience. Seems that the owner thinks rudely shouting at guests is acceptable. Dinner was poor , asked for chicken and given pork and suggested it was the same as chicken. Real shame as rooms generally well appointed and great view from balcony over port. Was so happy when our little ferry pulled away from the jetty to our next destination.

We were recommended this hotel by a greek friend. The owner Nikos was superfriendly and showed us to our room (nr 4) around noon. Great room with big terrace looking over the bay. VERY comfortable big double bed (and 2 extra single beds), fridge with water, safe, tv, water cooker (you can buy nescafe in shop downstairs), aircon, and very nice bathroom with rainshower. Everything is new and super clean, elegant decor/colours, absolutely stunning. For lunch, Nikos gave us the menu cards, but also invited us to come look at which traditional foods he had on display. So we ended up having stuffed peppers with Mizithra cheese and pork meat from the grill, very tasty. I am wondering how many people will be in Loutro when night falls... So far we both looooove the place and we would like to highly recommend Kyma hotel! Also nice is that there is insect-netting-sliderdoor, in case you want fresh air but don't want to invite the mosquitos in.

We went to this place as it looked very nice, but we had the worse experience. First we waited for at least 10 minutes and nobody gave us any attention. Not even a good evening. I went there and the person in charge was so rude , like he was making a favour to us. We sat down finally and took our own menus. The waiter was a bit better at least he smiled compared to the owner or the person in charge. Most of the foods from the menu were not available. The food was not tasty at all . We left disappointed. Never going there again

This is probably the best place to stay in Loutro. Nice and spacious rooms. Recently decorated in a tasteful style. Comfortable beds and some rooms with a mini kitchen. Balcony facing the ocean with a breathtaking view. Highly recommended.

We did not have a sea-view. The room was clean, well decorated and well equipped. The water pressure is weak so the shower was feeble. The owner was disinterested and rude. We will recommend that Macs Adventures do not send guests there in future. There are plenty of better places to stay in the lovely village of Loutro.

After taking a boat trip from hora sfakion called in had Greek salad and Mousaka. Not disappointed it was fantastic give it a try if I'm loutro. Owner was very pleasant. Great beer, food and service see pictures. On my return list the price also wasn't extravagant either. Thank you

Hotel tenu par une famille très sympa et accueillante avec une chambre magnifique avec un balcon qui donne sur la mer. La nourriture très bonne aussi y compris les petits déjeuners. Les promenades autour du village sont géniales mais si vous vous y rendiez à pied à loutro il ne faut surtout pas prendre de valise à roulette !

Malgré la chambre avec vue sur mer très agréable nous avons été confronté au patron de l’établissement qui non seulement n’a aucune forme de politesse, nous a imposé de régler expressément et uniquement la chambre en espèce, suivi de bons nombres de reproches dû au fait que nous avions déjeuné et dîner hors de son établissement . Et pour finir il nous a demandé pour nos prochains séjours de ne plus mettre les pieds dans son établissement. A fuir absolument passez votre chemin il y a mieux à côté

Ήταν όλα άψογα.Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρέτηση , τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα , ανακαινισμένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με τέλεια θέα που σε μαγεύει , τα φαγητά στην ταβέρνα που διαθέτει πεντανόστιμα οπως επίσης και το πρωινό τους !! Αυτές οι σφακιανες πίτες φανταστικές !!!
