This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.

Hemos estado mis amigos y yo unos días en Rimini. Nos hemos alojado en el hotel Royal Plaza y hemos estado muy agusto. El hotel está en fase de reformación y hemos tenido la suerte de alojarnos en una habitación nueva. Reservamos el hotel con desayuno y nos ha encantado porque había mucha variedad de comida. Lo que nos ha gustado más ha sido el trato que nos han dado en el hotel, ya que el personal es muy simpático y nos han ayudado con todo lo que han podido.

We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.

Abbiamo selezionato questo Hotel tra quelli presenti nel pacchetto di Mirabilandia di 2 notti. Non appena ho prenotato li ho chiamati per sapere se avessero una spondina da inserire nel letto matrimoniale in quanto nostra figlia di 3 anni dorme con noi. In caso contrario mi sono reso disponibile a portarmela io da casa. Mi hanno riferito che avrebbero verificato e fatto sapere. Li ho richiamati io dopo una settimana e mi hanno risposto che ancora non avevano controllato, dopo mezz'ora un ragazzo gentile mi ha finalmente confermato che la avevano. Arriviamo la sera del giorno di check-in dopo essere stai al parco, ci accoglie una signorina molto gentile che ci dice comunque che ormai per quella notte non potevano richiamare il personale delle camere e quindi per la prima notte niente spondina (?). La mattina dopo gli ricordo di farcela trovare in camera e mi assicurano che non ci saranno problemi. La sera al nostro rientro, sempre la signorina mi dice che la dovrebbero aver già inserita e se non dovesse esserci, di richiamare in reception che avrebbero provveduto. Niente di tutto questo! Chiamo il ricevimento, non risponde nessuno, scendo e mi dice che al nostro rientro dopo cena la avremmo trovata in camera. Rientriamo e niente ancora. Il portiere di notte ci dice di attendere 10 minuti che ce l'avrebbero portata in camera (ore 23.10), a mezzanotte chiamo... ”si mi scusi ma abbiamo un problema da risolvere prima”...a quel punto mi sono davvero innervosito e riepilogato quando scritto anche in questa recensione. Ho risolto diversamente accostando il terzo letto alla parte della bimba e non gli ho aperto perchè SOLO DOPO ESSERMI ARRABBIATO AL TELEFONO, in 10 minuti sono arrivati con la benedetta spondina!!! Assurdo che per una cosa così stupida, il ricordo della vacanza sia rovinata dal menefreghismo /incompetenza/mancanza di comunicazioni tra personale. Per il resto mi associo a chi ha scritto che il bagno (soprattutto la doccia) è da rifare e pulire meglio. Ristorante ok. Non torneremo più.

I stayed at the Hotel St.Gregory for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast is very plentiful and delicious. The pool is brand new, always clean and perfect to spend an afternoon in peace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also recommended great restaurants nearby. The location was great, the view from the room was stunning. I have nothing negative to say, our stay was perfect. Super recommended!🤩

Hay hoteles en la playa en una fila, y caminar a la playa sólo 2 minutos, El mercado de noche abajo es muy cálido, hay muchas tiendas de frutas en restaurantes, muy conveniente, La final del fin de semana de la Copa del Campeonato de la Juventud está muy entusiasta de ver la pelota en la playa. Elegí este hotel por su cercanía con la estación de tren de Rimini y la parada de buses para ir a San Marino, y en unos 10 minutos andando se llega al casco histórico. Es un hotel correcto y acogedor, aunque la habitación es pequeña. El desayuno es variado y abundante. Una buena opción para un estancia corta en la ciudad, pero creo excesiva la clasificación de 4 estrellas.

Personal muy eficaz y super competente lugar excepcional desayuno extraordinario bravo a toda la equipo el director siempre presente y super acogida y super profesional se volverá a él sin hesitar bravo a toda la equipo gracias por Todas estas atención estacionamiento en el top un poco caro pero brevemente visto el personal a los pequeños cuidados es un detalle. Gracias a toda la equipo de mujeres del hogar hasta el director continúe así . Bravo bravo bravo
