Overall it’s a good stay considering the location but the unfriendliness of the staff ( especially the front desk team ) represents a backdrop!

The location is great. Because you can walk to the center of Hollywood. However, it is not easy to use for overseas tourists. Because the WiFi is slow.

Este hotel cobra estacionamiento cuando debería ser gratis para sus clientes y por la mañana es un problema salir de ahí por el tráfico que está sobre la avenida

Es muy pequeño te cobran el estacionamiento algo ruidoso

I initially booked this, thinking it was the same hotel I stayed at previously. Sadly, it was not. That's not to say this trip wasn't enjoyable. It was fine. I just would have preferred the door to my room be inside a building, and not facing the parking lot. Simply means that I need to look at the photos better, then I would have realized this was a more of a motel. Live and learn. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They helped me find good places to eat, and provided extra towels when asked. The room itself wasn't anything special, nor did I expect it to be for the price. Though I will caution, make sure the outlets work when you turn off the lights. My first night, I plugged my phone charger into the wall and turned off the light switch, not realizing it also powered that particular outlet. So be careful. I was lucky that I didn't have an early morning appoin**ent.

They were going through some renovations, the parking was confusing but the new exterior paint and the parking improvements should help. This is an older facility, well maintained and clean. Our room was adequate and reasonably priced.
