Love my stay throughout here! Within walking distance to CIQ, JBCC & Komtar, they have alot of amenities & its really convenient to book Grab easily to the place that you want at ground floor. Staff here are really professional & warm. And oh yes, there’s lots of varieties of foods & drinks here for the breakfast. Room was really clean upon me checking in, no stains whatsoever. Perfect. Highly recommended to people who are looking for a good hotel stay in JB.

Room was clean and spacious..
Appreciate the complimentary drinks and snacks..
Toilet are clean and filled with Dove products..
Breakfast spread was fantastic..
Location is good at jbcc just across the bridge from customs only,
Only need to switch lifts from G to Lobby to Room..
Will definitely book again next time..

What I like the most is its interior decoration with a modern concept. The only thing I don't like is the parking lot located on the 7th floor.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Spent an enjoyable honeymoon stay here as the location was so near the customs, shopping mall & famous eateries juz within walkable distance. The hotel staff were also friendly & helpful. Will book again next year! 😊

The check in and check out process was easy and fast. Loved the proximity to the checkpoint and malls. Lots of food and shops. Room was clean and cosy. Will stay here again for next trip.

First room assigned has a strong pungent smell. Upon informing house keeping after 1 hour and sprayed some air freshener. Unfortunately that didn’t help. So after like 3 hours.. around 6.30pm they finally agreed to change room. The next room was much better and cleaner (the 1st room bathroom was mouldy). But the 2nd room phone was dysfunctional and several lights were out. Generally this is not what you get from IHG. So I was little disappointed. I stay here almost every trip to JB. Please do something about this and maintain this otherwise lovely hotel
