El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 5 km de nuestro hotel, pero también ofrece un transbordador con un conductor muy lindo que nos cuidó mucho.

We were so excited for our Savannah trip but the hotel was a bit of a let down. This is a 3-3.5 star hotel. Negative: Unprofessional front desk employees. The front desk workers were on their cellphones each time we were downstairs or walking through. The trash in the main entrance was over flowing, all Lysol holders had no wipes, the main restroom downstairs had no paper towels and the gym water dispenser was so dirty. They never said hello, acknowledged guest coming/going and they were sitting in the communal/sitting area on their phones when the front wasn’t busy! 1. I called and asked for an early check in and to be in the pond side (I read that the road side is extremely noisy) as I have a child who is sensitive to noise at night. We arrived at 3:20 and room was not ready- the young lady at the front desk greeted me with “hey” which is very unprofessional. They gave us a roadside room but at 10pmwhen I was coming back from the gym that a group of pilots/flight attendants arrived. They were on the same floor as we were and they were all on the pond side. I understand they are pluots however I am a customer/guest as well. 2. Our room was clean (1 star) but not sure if our linens were new as there was hair on the pillows and in the sheets 3. The road noise is awful - if you are given a roadside room, they must give you earplugs or an additional discount. There is no way that the quality is the same from pond side to roadside rooms. You will not get any sleep but you are paying the same as the person across the hall from you. 4. I asked for earplugs and the lady at the front desk Tuesday morning just stared at me. She then Asked me- what are earplugs? I explained and she said- no we don’t have them. 5. What happened to the cookies? 6. The coffee in the carafes in the front was not fresh. I stopped at 10am to get coffee it was fine, but at 230 you could tell it wasn’t hot or fresh and again at 6. I guess they fill it once and forget about it h til the next morning 7. My daughter wanted tea- at 7pm and we poured water from the hot carafe- the water was yellow (maybe they didn’t clean out the carafe) 8. The breakfast was wonderful- this is we’re the extra star comes in. There was also a staff member who was there each morning, greeted guest and helped if needed. I wouldn’t stay here again- even the good breakfast wouldn’t lure me back. I hope the manager calls me after this review- if not I will be sure to call as a follow up. this hotel was very busy but there were no employees who cared enough to greet guest or clean up. The staff was not welcoming or very nice. Check out Hyatt Place next door instead!

El hotel está situado a 5 minutos del aeropuerto de Savannah, y es un gran lugar para quedarse si quieres un gran valor o necesitas un rápido desplazamiento a otro destino. El hotel es limpio, el personal es amistoso y útil. Aunque sólo vi un ascensor. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de 2 estrellas, con una habitación de 2 estrellas y una habitación de 3 estrellas. La ducha funcionó bien aunque se necesita un tiempo para que el agua se caliente. La cama estaba firme y cómoda. Tengo un sueño tranquilo y el apoyo de atrás que necesito. Pequeña sala de ejercicio con aire acondicionado con dos camiones, elíptica y sofá con algunos pesos. Me gustan las ventanas dobles de pintura espesa; mantuvo nuestra habitación muy tranquila.

He estado en esta ubicación desde diciembre mientras viajaba para el trabajo. El personal es muy amable y útil. Las camas son muy cómodas. JOSH es mi empleado favorito todo el tiempo. Muy agradable y útil!!!

Este hotel está en el suburbio, con un estacionamiento gratuito. El precio de la vivienda es un poco costoso y costa 1500 yuan por noche. No hay problema de salud, servicio, la variedad de desayuno no es mucho, es suficiente para comer. El aire acondicionado interior es una deficiencia, el ruido es muy alto. Si se establece un modo automático, se detiene muy tranquilo un momento, se inicia repentinamente el sonido de un tractor, lo que afecta a la descansa de noche. Otros son perfectos.
