Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Airport, GA

We had a horrific one-night stay here due to the extremely loud people in the adjoining room next to us. We were unable to sleep at ALL and respectfully request a refund. The hotel should not be renting out adjoining rooms unless it’s to groups of people who are traveling together/families. There was a HUGE crack (gap) between our doors and as result there was no privacy or quiet whatsoever. Our “neighboors” were yelling, playing extremely loud TV until about 5:00am and had no sense of courtesy whatsoever. After trying to sleep for hours with no success, we called the front desk and asked them to make a courtesy call. While we believe the front desk person did the best they could considering the situation (she knocked on their door and tried to call them), they did not respond and kept their loud, obnoxious behavior  going. The hotel needs to much better sound proof their walls and ensure privacy between adjoining rooms ESPECIALLY when they are strangers. We had never experienced anything like this in any hotel ever. Respectfully ask for a refund — we would have been better off staying at the airport for the evening.

位置很不錯的，安全，乾淨，離機場很近、附近也有高爾夫球場！

Elevator did not work, ice machine did not work, my key cards stop working mid stay.. old food was left inside the refrigerator.. Breakfast was ok.

The elevator was out for my entire stay. The room I was staying in the air conditioning unit had a musty smell, probably from not having replaced the filter replaced . On a good note the house cleaning staff was very helpful and tried to keep the room clean.

Elevators are out temporarily, but that was fine, the stairs weren’t huge and our room was close. Pool isn’t open (and it’s the summer and extremely hot). Breakfast was provided with multiple options, as well as coffee and juice - I believe there was tea as well. Will stay here again!

The room had an awful smell and the elevators were not working. Either you took a room on the 1st floor or you walked up the stairs. Was not notified about the elevator until after we checked in.

The door stopper to keep others from entering didn’t work. There pool was not up and running, it looked abandoned. House entered my room while I was in the shower.

Nice hotel for reasonable price. Clean and well maintained for the most part. Would stay again.
