Very clean hotel. The coffee from the machine in lobby is amazing. Good location. The room is really small though. But overall it was a good experience. Will come back.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in Sapporo. There’s everything travelers needs. It’s very good location. You can go to family mart , Lawson or buy some food from daimaru or Tokyu. And it’s easy to use JR or subway. I love the room so much. It’s very comfortable. There is enough space to feel relaxed and enjoy yourself. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. Moreover, we can access YouTube from TV which made me enjoyed with tv program I want. There’s free wine, coffee, chocolate and 2 bottle of water. Service is very good too. I feel impressed so much and will come back here definitely.

Excellent location, very close to the Tokyu Depar**ent store, Sapporo JR station, subway station, and more. This location is also very convenient for those who would like to take the bus from Tokyu Depar**ent Store to Mitsui Outlet Park or Costco Kitahiroshima (especially during the winter time). You would only need to leave the hotel 15 minutes before the bus departure time and can get back to the hotel swiftly after shopping.

Love the location, just opposite Stellar Place at Sapporo Station and Daimaru Shopping Mall is just nearby. Across the street , landmark is the cart mobile Ice cream van.

The reception are one of the best I have ever encountered. I messed up my booking due to holiday brains and they so kindly help me to check and verify while all I have to do is sit down and wait. Many thanks to the reception! The room is clean and water pressure in the shower is amazing. Location is good and very near train station and loads of eateries around.

Love this place! Super convenient, right next to Sapporo station. Very clean and well kept as well. Although room is a little squeezy for 3 people, the beds are very comfortable and the toilet is great to use! They also have a great reception with good customer service as well.

Good breakfast, nice receptionist very helpful. But the room is too small and the bed isn't comfortable to sleep.

Excellent location. - walking distance to JR stn, train stn, GU/uniqlo - bus stop to mitsui outlet, jozankei etc are just across the road We send our luggage from Noboribetsu to the hotel and when we arrive 5 days later, the luggage is already in our hotel room. The room is clean, and we esp love the bathroom. It's onsen style - u wash yourself 1st, then u can soak in the bathtub of u wish. There is a laundromat which is reasonably priced - 300¥ per wash. ¥100 for every 30min of drying Will stay here henceforth when i visit sapporo.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, we booked a room type NORD, a twin room for a couple and a 9 yrs old kid. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom has luxurious shower head and bathtub. Unlimited free coffee at the lobby, 1 free glass of wine per day, vending machine, coin laundry, bathroom amenities all well provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed their help to make a phone call in japanese and it was done and arranged perfectly. Location was great, 2 mins walk from exit 24 of Sapporo Subway Station and Family Mart is right behind it. Tokyu Depar**ent store with Uniqlo, GU and Big Camera just right across the street. The only down side would be it doesn’t have a very great view, but the price was really budget friendly too. Really enjoyed our stay.
