Fuera en HL Paradise con mi familia, el equipo de animación es excelente por su forma de ayudar a la gente sacarnos una sonrisa, tiene actividades tanto por la mañana como por la tarde, nos manteniéndonos entretenidos durante nuestra estancia allí. Sobre todo agradecer a Martina e Ylenia por su animación a mi hermano chico el cual estaba súper contento y alegre con ellas

HOTEL CONFORTEVOLISSIMO!!! Camere ampie eleganti ben arredate pulite Bagno ampio con tutto l'occorrente Personale disponibilissimo Colazione eccellente in una bella sala Servizio ottimo Parcheggio interno comodissimo Non distante da Etnaland Bella piscina che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare x mancanza di tempo CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!

We stayed here for 10 nights in April and enjoyed every minute of it. I'm a wheelchair user and the accessible room on the 2nd floor was perfect - an acessible shower with drop down seat, a sink I could fit my chair beneath and grab rails in all the right places. The room was large, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean with the bed high enough for easy wheelchair/bed transfer. Views of Mt Etna from the balcony is an absolute bonus. Breakfast is table service - plentiful and always served with a smile. We ate dinner here most nights. The menu was varied with everything cooked to perfection and served promptly by very pleasant and professional staff. The staff always made us feel valued and communication was never a problem, despite our poor attempt at Italian pronounciation! The hotel director was always there to greet us with a smile each morning, evening and every time we passed though the hotel lobby, no matter what time of day. A personal service that made us feel very welcome. You do need a car to stay here as it's a little way out of Catania, but we chose this hotel partly for that reason. No traffic to contend with each morning and evening. I 100% recommend Hotel Paradise and would definitely stay again when in Sicily.

A nice hotel family owned and on site 20 hrs a day. The food is good and you are treated like royalty. The breakfast is awesome! The beds are comfortable and clean! The view of Mt Etna is right outside of the back of the hotel and our room. After 4 nights it felt like home.

We have stayed in this hotel six times now. We have family in the neighboring town. It feels like coming home every time. The rooms are always very clean and have a good size. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. In summertime the pool with a view of Etna is a perfect place to enjoy a full day. The restaurant Berso situated at the hotel is absolutely amazing in all ways.

We didn't like the breakfast set-up:
No buffet breakfast, you have to order your breakfast the day before. Everything came at once to the table and the missing toast took 15 minutes to arrive.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was outstanding. Everyone was so thoughtful and pleasant. Would highly recommend. The meals were fantastic.

Nice hotel in the "middle of nowhere". Very good restaurant and service. Only minus that they have to close swimming pool too early, already at 18.00, because of preparing tables for outdoor restaurant at swimming pool area.
