Apartamentos Sol y Vera

My friends and I have been to Magaluf many times but this is the first time we have stayed at the Sol Y Vera - suffice to say we will definitely be returning next year! The apar**ents are clean, spacious and fully equipped. Whilst we were there I had cause to go to Reception (I needed 2 extra pillows and the TV wasn't working) The staff were very friendly and helpful and all was sorted swiftly. These apar**ents are excellent value for money, comfortable, clean and located perfectly for the bars and beach. One thing to consider, there are notices everywhere saying they don’t tolerate parties and loud noise after a certain time so if you are planning on partying 24/7 this may not be the location for you. If, like us, you appreciate the quiet at the end of a long night, this is the perfect place! I would 100% recommend!!

The accommodation from the outside didn't look too promising, we originally booked as the original accommodation we booked in our package holiday looked like something from a horror story. Sol y vera looked basic on photos but the location was good and was 100% times better than the place we were going to stay. The place looks pretty modern actually. Good: Rooms are modern, grey/white interior, good balcony view, hot water, full equipped for self catering, pool area was ok, room had fans and air con, no deposit needed for safe, no deposit required for the room. Basic but a lot more modern than what we were expecting, not as noisy as you would expect in August and so close to the bars etc. Staff were helpful as one of us got stuck on the balcony (there is a note to say be careful of this as no entry from the outside). The location is minutes away from the beach. Plenty of shops around, places to eat, pub next door (Jokers) was great and the staff were lovely there too. Didn't really use the waiting room but seen a few people hang out there and there was a vending machine too. Pillows were soft, was pleasantly surprised to have a longstanding mirror in the room as you don't usually. Room for improvement: If staff available on reception more often just in case of an emergency. Could of done with a better duvet but you don't really get that on holiday? Just the usual top sheet. Nothing else really, you get what you pay for. Would stay again if coming with friends for a short break away

We booked this apar**ent very last minute and due to delayed flight did not arrive until 6am so a very weary family. The manager allowed us to stay an extra 2 hrs after check out time to get some sleep which was very kind. Ours was just a stopover at the start of our holiday but very clean apar**ents in quite a busy area-- great brunch in Jokers restaurant right outside the apar**ents.

We had a great view from our room of the beach. This property is more for young party people since can be quite noisy at night with the nearby clubs. Parking was free.

Good room, spacious, we got sea view which was absolutely gorgeous. It is true, area is mostly filled with younger crowd for parties, so it can get pretty noisy, but tolerable. Front Desk staff were all amazing.

Stayed here with my wife in April 2023, it was very quiet the week we were there and at time we were the only couple round the pool for hours, Very basic rooms but spacious & clean, towels changed every other day however the bed sheets were not changed the week we stayed. These apar**ents do not have a bar or restaurant on site. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue with a group of loud Germans in the apar**ent next door, swiftly sorted out. We would probably stay here again.

My sister and I stayed at these apar**ents for a week ,very clean ,towels changed every two days .we stayed on the fifth floor with a sea view .Its a self catering with a nearby aldi supermarket, prices reasonable. You are very close to beach about a 3 min walk ..The famous maguluf ***** is about a 10 min walk. They do not supply a tin opener in regards to kitchen utensils. Lovely pool area .Would definitely stay here again .

Modern room which was a bonus but that didn’t cover up the fact the cleaners didn’t do their jobs right the floor hadn’t been hoovered in weeks poor house keeping and drains where smelly. There was only one member of staff that wasn’t actually rude behind reception the rest had a very rude attitude towards us and others.
