Cold inside and no hot water. Missing instructions for firing in the stove. Found only one element that worked. Another element full of dust so fire hazard to use it. The information provided to you does not reach the host on site and vice versa.

House clean inside but dirty outside. Terrace was not usable, grass 50 cm high, dirty umbrella, dirty sun loungers just not very hospitable!
