Todo genial, el personal del hotel muy atento, nos dieron todas las explicaciones necesarias sobre el hotel, desayuno, cómo proceder para aparcar el coche en el parking,... Quizá la calefacción estaba un poco alta, pero todo bien. El desayuno, bastante completo. Las habitaciones, muy amplias. El parking costó 4 euros.

Perfecta ubicación. Grandes profesionales. Habitaciones con vistas espectaculares. Todo impecable. Volveremos seguramente. San Marino es mágico y el Hotel es el lugar perfecto donde empezar la visita.

A due passi da San Marino, con comodo parcheggio, carino e dotato di tutti i comfort, con personale gentile e simpatico. Colazione ricca di dolce e salato, il caffè si ordina dal cameriere e il servizio e veloce; la nostra camera che era una suite familiare era molto larga, con terrazzino e serrande elettriche, il bagno bello grande e con scalda asciugamani. La spa interna è veramente completa, per i bambini una piscina calda e spaziosa e l'idromassaggio, nell'altra sala bagno turco, sauna e vasca idromassaggio con acqua termale. L'ambiente spa è ben organizzato, diviso per adulti e bambini, moderno e con acque calde, l'unico neo che gli ambienti di passaggio tra le piscine non erano abbastanza caldi. Per il resto direi che è un buon hotel per una visita a San Marino in pieno relax.

We stayed in SM for one night. We wish we could have stayed two to enjoy our Montefeltro suite a bit more. The hotel is in a great location. We took one of the taxis waiting outside the train station that took us right up to where the hotel is. There is a steep climb to get to the hotel entrance, but that's SM. It was disappointing to see that there were three young men at the reception desk and not one bothered to help us with the suitcases as we entered the hotel and went down three steps. They just stood there and watched us. That's something management may want to address at some point. The room was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. Great shower and comfortable bed. Amazing view from the terrace that we enjoyed very much. You have your own elevator to access the room that will open right in front of the door. It had another door by the stairs as well. We had dinner at the hotel that night and really enjoyed it. They reserved by the window. We asked the hotel to reserve a taxi for us early next morning for 8:00am. We received an email that it was going to arrive from 7:45am-8:00am. But the reception staff told us it was coming at 7:30am. We questioned them several times because that's not what we had requested nor agreed to. They were very short in their response and a bit dismissive. So we rushed through breakfast that opened at 7:00am. We were downstairs with our luggage at 7:25am. The young man at the desk took our suitcases down to the area where we had to stand and wait which was the open street where we had been dropped off the day before. So we stood outside in the very cold early morning until our taxi arrived at 7:45am. The very professional driver in the Mercedes confirmed that our pick up was at 7:45am. A bit of disappointment from the way this was handled and the lack of customer service. But they do have a great location and product to offer. We may never return to SM, but if we do, we will stay here again and handle the transportation arrangements all on our own.

Es una opción correcta de hotel pero tampoco destaca para el precio…. No está en el propio casco de San Marino, aunque si muy cerca (en 5 minutos a pie estás), muy cerca de la estación de autobuses (5 minutos andando) y en una calle con varios restaurantes y pizzerias. Ellos ofrecen desayuno buffet por 6 euros (yo no lo cogí) y parking (tampoco necesité), aunque hay varios parkings públicos en la ciudad. La habitación en mi caso era una individual (aunque tenía dos camitas pequeñas, así que interpreto que también se usa como doble), con poquito espacio libre y sin zona de despacho (por si alguien necesita); tiene una minimesita con una televisión diminuta (personalmente me da igual porque ni la enciendo). El baño era cómodo. Todo estaba muy limpio. La habitación tenía vistas muy bonitas. Mi principal pega fueron los colchones.. se notaban todos los muelles y así costaba descansar (y eso es lo más importante para mi en un hotel); creo que podrían mejorarlos… y es por eso, que, en mi opinión, no es la mejor opción.

Experiencia fantástica 🤩 Localización : Hotel bonito desde el exterior y muy curado dentro, moderno y acogedor. Habitación : (gran habitación panorámica) me llevaría todo el tiempo a mirarme por la ventana de la habitación. servicio: recepción eficaz, muy amable Precio : justo Desayuno : excelente ( bar, dulce, sal, fruta y normalmente también presente cocina para platos servidos calientes)

Struttura molto calorosa. Lo staff professionale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Le parti comuni sono arredate in modo molto accogliente e moderno. La cosa che mi e' piaciuta di più é la musica di sottofondo molto rilassante . La colazione ha superato le mie aspettative. Tornerò sicuramente !
