On my very first day i asked the staff to change the room as it was sitting next to a family with babies who would cry and scream non stop. Staff managed to find a better room to move me in. The 2nd room interior design was a little better than the first one. On my second night i was woken up at night by drunk ppl talking and singin next door and then by the cleaning ladies during the morning. Rooms are NOT soundproof at all. Last minute decision to travel to San Benedetto for a few days before a family wedding elsewhere. Loved the town. Smeraldo suites was excellent and very clean. Room was like new and clean. I found nothing wrong with this hotel. I didn’t use the pool because I reserved chairs and an umbrella on the beach for each day which I would recommend. Not very many Americans but I felt comfortable and everyone was very welcoming.
