The rooms on the fourth floor are not great. My room had no night stand and therefore no light near the bed. The only light was the ceiling light or a desk lamp. There is no room to put clothing. You basically have to live out of your suitcase. If there are two people in the room it is very tight. Bathroom is tiny with only a fabric shower curtain. Drain is on the floor. No hooks to hang up towels. Spend three nights and never received fresh towels. Elevator was out of service upon arrival. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. However, we were unable to eat at the restaurant one night because of a private party. This should have been communicated beforehand so that we could have made other dining arrangements. Breakfast was just ok. Not many choices and eggs were usually almost cold. Staff was very friendly. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was a bit impractical because you had to squeeze around the toilet to get in, but it all worked well. The breakfast was not very nice. The little sausage was greasy, and the egg was snoty, and the salmon was impossible to bite into the yoghurt, and granola was nice with the fruit. I found the steps leading up to my room where very slippery in the rain. All in all, it's not a bad hotel. There are a lot more better ones for a little bit more money.

El hotel Hafnia nos ha dado una estancia tan maravillosa y comenzó mucho antes de llegar a las Islas Feroe. Estaba tratando de planear a miles de kilómetros de distancia y Susanna era tan graciosa y paciente, respondiendo a todas mis preguntas como reducí las opciones y fechas del hotel. Esta visita se preveía inicialmente para el verano de 2020 y cuando comencé a llegar a guías de viajes que había estado en contacto en 2020 con la esperanza de recrear la visita, y no recibí respuestas, aunque el sitio todavía parecía vivo, Susanna presentó recomendaciones adicionales (la empresa anterior parece haber salido de negocios durante la covida), y se fue más arriba y más allá, como todos los demás que están en el correo electrónico del grupo de información general.
