This was my first time in the Netherlands, I'd also never travelled alone before but the hotel serves as a temporary great place to really get used to the Rotterdam, so thank you so much in the staff.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas aunque necesitan una modernización en el mobiliario y especialmente en el baño. La limpieza es muy buena. El desayuno correcto, aunque algún producto más -mejor cardiosaludable- estaría bién. El personal és muy amable y atento; tuve un pequeño inconveniente y lo resolvieron inmediatamente. Ofrecer bicicletas gratis o bién a un precio reducido sería un plus a tener en cuenta. La relación calidad-precio se queda un poco corta en mi opinión.

The hotel was easy to get to, although note that there is a lot of road construction works going on in the area and road closures made me have to circle the area a few times to try to find an entrance to the car park The check in process was quick & efficient and my room was on the first floor. You have to use your key card in the elevator as well as the door to the corridor, there seems to be a technique to it as I had to put the card into the reader & out again a few times before it worked The hotel had good Wi-Fi that worked well throughout, although if I remember right, I think it restricted me to only 2 devices The room had 2 single beds with a beside table in between. I took the bed beside the window as there was more room at that side, the other bed only had a narrow ***** at the door. The room had a lots of storage, coffee facilities, lounge chair and foot rest as well as a table area & chair but the table was quite narrow & it definitely didn’t work for working on a laptop. It was quite warm when I was there but there is AC/heating & the window fully opens, but you are close to a main motorway so there is traffic noise. I did sleep really well though as the bed was comfy The bathroom had a good size basin with good space beside for all your toiletries. The shower was more like a wet room beside the sink with a dividing wall. It worked OK & the shower pressure & temperature was good The hairdryer was small & attached to the wall of the bathroom by the cord. The cord wasn’t long and I had to stand close to the wall to move it around my head, plus could only stand sideways to the mirror. It worked fine, but the annoying thing is you have to hold the button in for it to work which started to get sore and I have shoulder length hair The hotel has a gym on the first floor, you have to walk along the side of the restaurant to reach it. It consisted of 4 machines, cross trainer, stationary bike, treadmill & rowing machine, which all were pretty good, but there isn’t any more room in the room to do any other exercises. There were no towels when I arrived but someone got some for me, there was limited sanitation to wipe down equipment and there was no water provision I didn’t have breakfast in the restaurant but I did have dinner there. The dinner menu has a good selection and you get bread to nibble on while you wait. I had a main salad one night, which was nice, but be careful, it was huge with 2 chicken breasts. I also had the the salmon with veg & potatoes, again nice, the potatoes had a creamy sauce on them which I couldn’t identify but was tasty. The hotel has a small bar as well Overall this was a comfortable hotel with good facilities

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El personal del Front Desk fue increíblemente amigable y útil -- tenían un lugar especial para cerrar nuestras bicicletas, nos ayudó a hacerlo, pasó tiempo con nosotros para revisar un mapa de la ciudad para decidir qué hacer y dónde ir, y nos envió una e-mail de información adicional. El hotel está situado en una gran ubicación central, a poca distancia de la estación de tren y a pie a muchos lugares. Las habitaciones son de gran tamaño, completamente modernas (grandes baños!), muy tranquilas, frías (era caliente y necesitamos aire acondicionado) y internet funciona perfectamente. El desayuno está servido en una agradable habitación con una gran vista a la estación/la ciudad; el personal amigable, los productos cálidos están cocinados para el pedido y el bufete está lleno de todo lo que quiera.

La habitación es pequeña, pero la higiene, la distribución y el aislamiento acústico son muy buenos y el equipamiento es fácil de usar. El hotel está en una buena ubicación y los alrededores son relativamente seguros.

My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Pros: gran ubicación, hotel y habitaciones interesantes, y diseño único. Cons: aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación (sala de spa) no funcionaba y la habitación estaba cocinando. Hacía nuestro spa y baño casi inusable porque lo caliente que estaba en la habitación. Servicio al cliente. Llamaba a la mesa delantera sobre el aire acondicionado y su respuesta fue insertada la llave y esperar 30 minutos. Pude ser americano, pero ya lo hice antes de llamar (eso no es mi primer rodeo). Después de esperar otra 2 horas, intenté 4 veces llamar al escritorio delantero sin necesidad. Finalmente me renuncié y apenas dormimos esa noche. escritorio delantero. Además de llamar 4 veces, estaban demasiado ocupados para estar molestados con mi problema con aire acondicionado. ¡Después de la experiencia de checkout más larga que he tenido, descubrí (después de haber dejado la propiedad una vez que el folio fue enviado por correo) que me habían facturado por una tarifa de minibar!! No era mía. Era una llamada 10-minute para resolver el problema. El agente tenía el nervio de decirme (oh, olvidé que eres americano) después de pedirle inglés (aunque ya le hablé en inglés durante toda la llamada).

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y siempre supera mis expectativas. La ubicación es estupenda, está al lado del metro Blaak, al lado de MarktHall, de las casas cúbicas y muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Las habitaciones triples son estupendas, todo estaba muy limpio y lo que más me gusta es la gente que trabaja en este hotel. Tienen una energía maravillosa y me siento como en casa, me tratan como si fueran mi familia y sin duda regresaremos siempre a este hotel.
