My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kristal Palace in Riva, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets it apart. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. A special shout-out goes to Zane, whose exceptional customer service made a significant impact on our experience. Zane's attention to detail and genuine care for guests is exemplary and greatly appreciated. A particular concern for us when traveling is my wife's severe nut allergy, which can make dining abroad a stressful experience. However, at Kristal Palace, we encountered a level of accommodation and understanding that we have never experienced before. The staff took her allergy very seriously and provided a separate menu for her each day, ensuring her safety and peace of mind. This thoughtful approach allowed us to relax and enjoy our meals without worry, knowing she was in good hands. The food at Kristal Palace is outstanding. Each meal was delicious and carefully prepared, and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. This level of care and consideration for guests with dietary restrictions is rare and highly commendable. One small point to note is the hairdryer provided in the room. It has very low power, so I would advise packing your own if this is important to you. This is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things and did not detract from our overall experience. In summary, our stay at Kristal Palace was exceptional. The combination of a beautiful, clean hotel, fantastic food, and outstanding customer service, particularly in handling food allergies, makes this hotel a standout choice. We highly recommend Kristal Palace to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay in Riva. We will definitely be returning!
