El hotel es un hotel muy pequeño, cerca de la antigua ciudad de Rhodes. La habitación era fantástica con vistas a la piscina. El desayuno buffet es algo de este mundo que catering para todos los sabores posibles, prepararse para un desayuno largo! La piscina no está calentada, pero esto no importa, ya que se refresca caer en la piscina al dormir alrededor. El personal era amigablemente útil y deletreadamente amable, y George el guardián de la vida no podía ser más útil ir más allá de los límites de su papel cada día. Reserva una habitación deluxe que contempla la piscina, habitaciones en la parte de atrás del hotel que contempla un lugar arqueológico, no desagradable, pero no tan colorido como el aspecto de la piscina. Nos encontramos en B&B y el paseo a la antigua ciudad no está lejos con cientos, si no miles de tabernas para elegir, tratar de conseguir al menos una comida en uno de los restaurantes de arriba. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance. Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. So the reviews are true. This place is dated. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures of the pools at night. It really is early 90s at best. See past the doric columns in the bathrooms, heavily glossed dark varnished doors, saloon style frosted glass strung from brass and fake grecian freezes the Mitsis product does not disappoint. The room was large with 3 full-size beds for our family (no sharing a sofa bed here) The a la carte restaurants by the pool coupled eith the book only italian and asian meant we never had to eat in the buffet for an evening meal. The cocktails were generous and service fabulous. Second to none was the kids club. Our kids got welcome gifts on arrival, treats throughout the stay and a goodbye gift from the kids team. It’s the first time my kids have actually asked to go to kids club and the team were amazing with them. The hotel is 10 min from the port where there are lots of water activities on offer and 15 minutes from the old town. Didn’t feel trapped in a resort as plenty to do locally. I would definitely see past the dated reviews and fully recommend the Mitsis Grand. I’ll also definitely try out some of their other hotels. 2// a fabulous family holiday.

Llegamos al aeropuerto de Rhodes el 14 de septiembre de 2022, pero nadie vino a recoger, llamamos The Grande Della Rose Hotel- explicamos nuestra situación a un hombre muy enojado en la recepción, que dijo que no había nada en su sistema, y no había ninguna reserva, ¡Cuando pagamos por el 7nts estadía con desayuno, dijo que las transferencias estaban incluidas con el precio! Creemos que el problema era relacionado con el Apoyo al Cliente- donde enviamos un mensaje de correo electrónico, el tiempo y la fecha de llegada, pero por alguna razón, el Hotel Grande Della Rose no lo recibió ... había intentado contactar con el Hotel 4 veces por teléfono, pero no pudo hacerlo El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas. Para ser justo y honesto, encontramos todo el personal de este hotel muy agradable y útil y salió de su camino para hacer nuestra estadía de vacaciones, cómoda y agradable.

Great location Couldn’t have asked for a better location! 5-10 mins walk into the old & new town which are both beautiful On arrival in our room we had a bottle of wine & a plate of sweet treats waiting for us. Good Hotel to use as a base, food repetitive however still good. Fussy eaters would struggle Good wine, however the cocktails were pretty basic. Nice little pool area, always free sofas available. Clean well kept hotel with such friendly Reception staff. Enjoyed my week here Enquired about late check out, to keep our room until 4pm was only 20 euro I would recommend that bottles of water are provided in the room daily

O, la, la. What to say about this wonderful hotel? First of all, we booked a room with a side sea view, and they give us a room with a sea view. The room was a small, but we have everything that we needed. Everything was very clean, and the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and friendly. We didn’t use pool, because it was always busy, but it doesn’t matter to us. Location is good. Everything is close enough. In hotel bar is everyday happy hotel from 20h-21h and that’s amazing. Crew in bar olso amazing. Reception staff olso. And now to move on on my favourite, favourite thing about this hotel-STAFF. (RESTAURANT) They are so welcoming, nice, friendly, good people, opened heart, very pleasant, they are a soul of this hotel, and my fionce and I was so impressed. Hotel manager is very kind, and off course all the team. ( I was crying when we are leaving) We really enjoy here in Semiramis city hotel, and we recommend this hotel very high! … I could say more, but I recommend everyone to visit and to see what I’m talking about. Thank you Semiramis four our wonderful stay. Thank you for amazing crew and the most nicest people we every meet. Love from 🇷🇸

Stayed at the hotel 23rd December 2023 to January 3rd 2024. The booking was for hotel & breakfast. On questioning the receptionists twice regarding breakfast was told breakfast not served during winter months. Only receptionists & cleaners working. The receptionists did not advise that the breakfast costs were diverted to elswhere so went out for breakfast, That was over 12 days so no alternative offered. The Bed was comfy but the accomodation was basic. The room was not cleaned on 5 days during the stay. The fridge was empty, not even water in the fridge. If we wanted drinks, there was at least one fridge in the reception area that had water, bear & soft drinks that had to be paid for. we were on a budget but not so tight that we could not afford to have breakfast outside the hotel but had we have been on a tight budget the extra cost could have ruined the holiday. . The wardrobe had carrier bags left over from a previous occupant & in one drawer & a few disposable razors from a large pack in another drawer presumably from a previous occupant. Having spoken to Tripadvisor, they state the the hotel diverted the breakfast cost to an alternative option but we were not advised of the same & the hotel refuses to compensate for the additional cost of having to get breakfast outside the hotel. No compensation offered other than the one night we did not stay due to the late arrival of a connecting flight from Frankfurt to Rhodes. We spent over 250 euros eating breakfast outside the hotel due to the Parthenon not offering breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel other than to say the receptionists were polite but not informative about the stay. There were others staying at the hotel who may have had similar experiences. Th booking contained false advertising in stating hotel & breakfast but did not vocalise any alternative. That is money taken for services not offered. If you are looking to stay in Rhodes. try other hotels that may honour what is advertised. Rich & Judy Hinds.

Ambientales y elegantes, relajados y tranquilos, las suites de lujo de abril tienen todo. Nos quedamos en la Suite Phoebe, con los colores de oro-blanco y bronce. ¡Qué atmósfera regalo! La cama era muy cómoda y el baño es amplio y hermoso! El desayuno era delicioso y generoso, con platos griegos tradicionales y artículos de bufete clásicos. ¡Todo en conjunto, una excelente experiencia de 3 días! Gracias! ❤️🌻❤️

No estaba seguro de si reservarla o no, porque no quería ser atravesada con ningún alojamiento (pero el ferry era tan valioso). Envié un par de correos y en 10 minutos Michael había respondido diciendo que esto no era un problema en absoluto. ¡Fui muy agradecido por esto y TBH que me hubiera gustado quedarme porque estaban mucho más cómodos que mi actual host Airbnb y su Wifi era lo suficientemente rápido para que yo hiciera el trabajo! ¡Muy bien situado, algunos restaurantes locales increíbles cerca de la ciudad y la ciudad vieja está a pocos pasos!
