We stayed here for two nights to take in a hockey game at the PNC Arena. You can walk to the Arena from here. Traffic cops block traffic so you can cross the street. There is a small restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby for a quick bite before the game. It serves a limited menu, including burgers, but we didn't try it out. We did have breakfast in the same restaurant the next morning, and it was pretty good. There is also a restaurant in the same parking lot called the Backyard Bistro if you would prefer. Staff here were super friendly. Obviously, this place can be busy on event nights (as it is the closest or only hotel within walking distance of the PNC arena), but we found the staff up to the task and our reservation was confirmed without incident. Our king size bed room was enormous, with a super comfy bed, and it was very quiet. Staff in the breakfast restaurant was delightful. Ample parking. Outdoor pool, not heated, and small fitness room. Laundry on the second floor and only $1 per load.

I felt the need to say a public thank you to Tenia at the check-in. My husband and I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and immediately Tenia explained that a large group had just left and housekeeping was working hard to get rooms ready. She took our luggage and pointed out the bar and lobby area where we could hang. I was exhausted from traveling early and proceeded to the nearest couch. Within 15-20 min Tenia came over and said she had a room for us because I ”looked so tired”. Thank God she did because I proceeded to get a 2 hour nap before our work dinner this evening. I know it doesn't sound like a huge deal but waiting another 4 hours would have been grueling and made dinner not nearly as enjoyable. In this day and time when customer service seems to have been shoved to the back of line and we now celebrate ”just showing up” --Tenia went over and beyond and you can tell she values her customers and her company. She is a fantastic ambassador for the Sheraton brand.

This hotel is awesome! It has all the amenities that you need in Raleigh! Close to NCSU, walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bar area is fun, and when warm you can sit out on terrace and see the bell tower. Very clean! I will always stay here when in Raleigh.

Grande hotel. Muy nuevas, muy limpias, grandes habitaciones y excelente desayuno gratuito. El cuarto se abre a la sala de estar y cocina con microondas y bañera, realmente grande baño que puede entrar desde el dormitorio o zona de estar. La habitación es muy buena, muy agradable y limpia. El restaurante situado en el hotel es muy bueno, comimos dos veces durante nuestra estancia. Situado justo al lado de la autopista y el centro de Crabtree Valley. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, pero está muy ocupado y es un poco difícil de encontrar en el estacionamiento. Nos hemos intentado entrar en una hora antes de entrar junto con otros 4 personas y no habían preparado todavía habitaciones.

Este era el hotel perfecto para nosotros la ubicación era grande. Situado cerca de todas nuestras actividades planeadas. La habitación / Hotel estamos muy limpios y saneados. El personal era amigable y profesional. Teníamos un buen desayuno en el hotel. Altamente recomenda esta ubicación.

Tameka Nichole es absolutamente sorprendente! Me quedé en su hotel de vuelta en enero 25th-26th. llegué al hotel y no pude encontrar mi ID. Tameka me hizo reír y me ayudó a permanecer tranquilo para poder encontrarlo. No lo encontré, pero me di cuenta de que lo había dejado en algún lugar. Ella era absolutamente fantástica y una empleada de A+! ¡Finalmente encontré mi ID, y me hizo increíble la estancia. Su sonrisa, trabajo duro, dedicación, todo va a la milla extra. ¡Es un servicio al cliente increíble! Soy miembro de platino de Marriott y su atención especial significa tanto.
