​Definitivamente NO es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Un hotel de 3 estrellas lo describe mejor, pero he sido mucho mejor 3 hoteles de estrellas para ser honesto. La habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía hacer nada. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños. La habitación era de 3 estrellas, pero no se había hecho la cama extra. Bien, eso sucede, pero teníamos 3 mujeres que estaban en nuestro cuarto no estaban seguros de qué hacer (dijeron que era su primer día en el trabajo, así que aparentemente no había entrenamiento). El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. ¡Nos hemos comprado algunas galletas antes del día para tener con nuestro café! Después de unos minutos, nuestro camarero vino a informarnos de que no se le permitió traer nuestro propio alimento en la terraza y que si el Director lo vio, sería en problemas!!! ¿Quizás el Director debería mirar eso? ¿Sólo diciendo ...? Sin embargo, mi sugerencia a los propietarios/gestores es morder la bala y tirar dinero para actualizar la propiedad porque su opinión no es suficiente ...

La valoración que le pongo a las instalaciones, conservación y estado de las habitaciones para ser un hotel de 4*, es baja, lo catalogaria como 3, ya que le hace falta una reforma y actualizar la griferia en los baños en las habitaciones ya que estan muy deteriorados, no tienen duchas movibles con presión, son fijas y antiguas y en algunas habitaciones duchas muy pequeñas, hay goteos. El personal de recepción un 10,muy amables y te ayudan en lo que pueden. El restaurante en la azotea para cenar un 10, buena comida y vinos, ademas de tener unas vistas impresionantes. En resumen, con una reforma de actualidad en las habitaciones teniendo grsndes duchas y griferia actual con presión, sería un 4*, ya que también tienen buen servicio de limpieza.

¡Una estancia perfecta! El hotel es increíble y su personal todavía más: destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores de recepción (Maddalena y su compañero del cual no nos sabemos el nombre). Fueron hiper amables, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudandonos en todo en un perfecto español. Además, el hotel es muy bonito, cuenta con un pequeño patio interior muy agradable. El desayuno muy rico y variado. Recomendable 100% sobre todo por el personal magnífico.

A pocos minutos a pie, el hotel de Balcori es el mejor hotel de ubicación. Breakfast and clean rooms. El estacionamiento está abierto al contable y el estacionamiento está en frente de la carretera del hotel. Está bien en la temporada alta, pero no estoy seguro de que no pueda reservar estacionamiento durante la temporada alta. El hotel ofrece una noche confortable y una mañana refrescada.

El hotel está situado en el borde del acantilado y es conocido como Cliff Hotel. El paisaje invencible es su mayor característica. El hotel es antiguo, la habitación es pequeña y el jefe no está entusiasmado con los turistas chinos. Debes tener un coche para vivir aquí, de lo contrario tienes que bajar por el acantilado desde el acantilado para bajar a cenar. Sin embargo, también es una experiencia sacrificar la comodidad del alojamiento por el hermoso paisaje fuera del balcón.

I stayed at Le Sirenuse solo for only one night leading up to a wedding in Ravello and am so glad that I did! The stay was basically flawless. An easy transfer organized by the hotel from Naples and a smooth check-in experience with Maria at the front desk kicked off the stay. I arrived before my room was ready, and Maria did a great job of reviewing my itinerary, explaining how to make the most of my limited time on-property and smoothly handing me off to various English-speaking employees before I arrived at the pool restaurant for lunch. The pool, bar and casual restaurant are the heart of the property because of their extraordinary views of Positano and the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is truly one of the best views one could desire for lunch, pool lounging, reading etc. (and with views are clear and sunny most days the property is opened between April and October). Food across the board was excellent. I had a wonderful lunch at the pool (tomato salad and club sandwich) with generous portions, a nice bread service with housemade tapanade and Le Sirenuse olive oil, an amuse bouche and very attentive staff (e.g. they offered a table in the shade as the sun shifted midway through my meal, they brought another cocktail, olives and almonds to snack on after I finished my meal). La Sponda was a wonderful experience too. Elevated food featuring local ingredients, a flexible menu, live music and beautiful views (as with everywhere on this property). The service is what really stood out in a week full of great food — I was instantly recognized and greeted when I came down the stairs for dinner, the sommelier did an amazing job of pairing the a la carte dishes I chose with local wines, and the service was warm and helpful, but never overwhelming or pushy. I was in the base room as I booked a couple of weeks before my stay at a time when the property is generally sold out. The room was very comfortable, and had a nice view (albeit limited compared to the higher room categories). There was a festival in town that night so it was wonderful listening to the sounds of Italian music, Positano and sea breezes outside of my window while lounging in the room...and thankfully the sound insulation was great when it was time for bed. I loved the take-home gift offered in the room (I won’t spoil it), and all of the thoughtful touches, local handiworks and artwork throughout the property that extended to the room. It was basically a perfect stay. The only constructive criticism I would offer is that the gym is limited in the weight equipment it offers — it would be great to get a full rack of free weights to use as the one set of adjustable dumbbells that they have was in use while I was there so I had to wait a while, and the base rack only goes up to 20kgs or so. I would love to return and stay for longer.
