Gracias, gracias y mil veces gracias a Grecotel Palace por estas dos semanas de vacaciones insuperables! Os habéis desvivido por hacer que no nos falte de nada sin ni siquiera pedirlo, tantos detalles hacia nosotros, esa magnífica celebración sorpresa de cumpleaños a mi hijo en ese restaurante tan espectacular, ha sido un sueño! Nuestra habitación con piscina privada a pie de playa magnífica fue un lujazo! Con todas las comodidades, el spa, esos desayunos fantásticos, los restaurantes... Tener nuestro propio coche de alquiler súper bueno durante toda la estancia, el servicio de habitaciones constantemente pendiente trayendo de todo, bebidas, agua, frutas... sin parar. Estuvimos demasiado mimados!! Hemos compartido unos dos maravillosos como una gran familia, volvemos con el corazón lleno, ojos con lágrimas de emoción y muuuuchas ganas de volver pronto. Saludos y gracias a todo el equipo del hotel desde limpieza, restauración y mantenimiento y muy especiales a Panas y Constantina, sois grandes como personas!!

Realmente esta muy bonito , es grande el hotel , con muchos detalles , se disfruta de la playa y el atardecer , es mucho mas que lo que se muestran en las fotos , se siente uno muy a gusto , el desayuno sin palabras , espectacular y delicioso , la atención y servicio del hotel realmente nos encanto , lo recomiendo ampliamente , me hubiera encantado estar mas tiempo para disfrutar todas las instalaciones del hotel , muchas gracias por sus atenciones , desde Mexico

A 5 Star hotel let down by the dining room. The hotel accommodation was as one would expect for a five star hotel. Spacious, well designed and comfortable. The gardens were immaculate and spaced out well. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and attentive. The beach, extensive with enough sun-beds and shades to satisfy everyone and the same could be said for the pool areas. THE FOOD !!! A struggle to reach 3 star level. Breakfast every day, baked beans, bacon, bacon on toast, eggs, fried, white scrambled, whole egg scrambled,hard boiled, soft boiled, omelette and omelette made to order as requested, plus cereals, fruit and continental breakfast, salad ,cheese and processed meats. A good selection of fresh home cooked breads. Dinner, fish cut into small pieces instead of fillets, meat dishes of poor quality and often overdone, lamb chops with more bone than meat. Sprouts did not have familiar taste or texture of fresh sprouts (frozen?). No authentic Greek dishes, such as moussaka or Greek meat dishes in general. There was an attempt at beef wellington, but the pastry was soggy and not enjoyable. Salmon on a skewer was too dry. Several editions of potatoes. I actually lost weight during my stay. The buffet dining room actually let the hotel down. No table linen, not always a complete set of cutlery, teaspoons instead soup spoons or dessert spoons. Coffee/tea tepid and although English breakfast tea was available in tea bags, it did not have the taste of tea as we know it.

The hotel is stunning like paradise on Earth It was my birthday while I was there and they made it so special for me Katarina made me feel so special like I was the only guest in the hotel The pool beach rooms and food amazing Every single staff member were so friendly and helpful I don’t travel very often but this is by far the best hotel have ever stayed at

We visited the hotel for a week in may - We booked 3 different rooms/bungalows. And due to a misunderstanding we didn't get the room we expected, but the hotel managers were very accommodating and found a solution by upgrading our room, that met our needs. The hotel was very neat and luxurious, with lots of friendly service personnel to ensure that you get a pleasant stay without missing anything. The 3 rooms/bungalows we booked, all lived up to our expectations of a 5 star hotel. They had different categories, and thereby different service levels. Some were serviced twice a day, with complimentary fruits and water during the day. All in all a really great experience at Grecotel Creta Palace.

Hotel was amazing in every way. The staff was friendly, welcome drinks at reception, in room champagne, wine, fruits and sweets on arrival. , great swimming pool, kids pool with water slides, beach chairs, beach bar, manicured grounds, room cleaning, breakfast, fitness classes, kids disco nightly, live music nightly, kids club, and fitness classes. The ladies at the kids club were amazing and spoke many languages, so everyone was accommodated. Programs were different every day and well planned. The playground and kids facilities were well equipped for thunderstorms, rain, and sunshine. Cosin at the fitness club was amazing and customized a program for me when I was the only one. The 4km distance from town is perfect for running, or take the bus for 1.10 Euros. We would go back again.

Brilliant the staff are so friendly and helpful with everything. We would like to say a big thank you to Izabella for helping us with showing us what activities this beautiful island had to offer. All the staff make you feel welcomed and give you that 5* treatment all the way from check in to departure, a very professional attitude. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was perfect in everyway the food and drinks were amazing and the rooms were perfect, even though we stayed in a normal sea view room it definitely feels like a top of the range room.

We are just about to leave this beautiful hotel. The staff deserves a big praise, they are always friendly and ready to help. Food is very good too, fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay at Grecotel Creta Palace and would like to come back one day!

We’ve recently spent 2 weeks at Grecotel Creta Palace with our 1 year old baby. It is well located and easy to get to. We had a few issues with the room on first night of our stay but they were quickly dealt with by the staff on shift, management however did not reach out to us without prompting 2 days after and were happy with how they dealt with it in the end. Isabella at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We left our pram at the car hire centre 1 hour away but she helped get hold of one for the next day. The outdoor pools are lovely old but fairly well maintained, the main pool is very deep for 90% of it. We did plan on using the indoor one when the weather wasn’t so good but we didn’t in the end as it was a bit disappointing and slightly neglected by the hotel. The kids pool is ok but slightly wild with no rotation of lifeguard (who also didn’t seem to pay much attention). We were greeted at the entrance of the main restaurant by the lovely Maria who made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed talking to her every day before going in. She was also great with our baby! We were impressed by the variety and the quality of the food. There was also a great selection of desserts. The hotel is very family friendly. Grecoland has plenty of toys and activities to keep them occupied. The tasty corner is a nice touch as they have access to snacks and drinks throughout the day. Overall we had a wonderful family holiday. The first week was probably better as the hotel had just re-opened for the season and didn’t feel as busy as the second week. Whenever we swapped our dinner for lunch it always seemed nice and quiet and breakfast before 8:30 was much quieter.
