El parking es muy angosto si manejas Truck
Cargos por mascotas en el lugar/******* no informa esos cargos ($25 por noche) .
El cama litera es muy floja en la parte de arriba.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with several options. Coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and infused water was offered 24 hours in lobby. Pool was nice but the chlorine smell was strong considering it was indoors. Common areas were nice, clean, and welcoming. There was a nice walking trail by the river across the street along with several restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was great until time to go to bed. The noise level in the hallway outside our room kept us awake till after midnight. There should be a quiet policy in effect after 10::00 at night. Otherwise, even though an older hotel, the upgrades, furnishings, and everything else were excellent.

Great customer service, best I've ever had a hotel. Everything was wonderful, cleanliness, breakfast, other guests. We couldn't have asked for better.

First the pro's. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was better than others I have stayed. Overall an excellent experience except for one thing. The first night arriving there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom. When I went down stairs that evening I reported it. The desk clerk told my report and said she would have maintenance check into it. We stayed a total of three nights. No one ever came.

Long waits at the elevator. No night light in the bathroom. Had to turn on bright lights when using bathroom in the middle of the night. Shower door was not installed properly. No clothes hangers in closet.

This was a very clean hotel with a nice room. The breakfast and coffee were some of the best of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Will be back.

It just needs more parking space . Other than that everything was pretty good . Slow elevator, the staff is very friendly . The hot tub and pool was great too ! I can’t wait to come back again .
