I like this hotel because it has a spacious room and clean. It is new and situated just near the road. Accessible for vehicles. Iy is just also a walking distance to Patong beach.

For the cheap, cannot complain so much. Service is good. First room, shower drain always choke or struck. Called twice, cannot fix. So asked to change room. Free upgrade yo deluxe room. That's a delightful treat. Bought mango salad and treat the counter staff. 20mins walk to Bangla Road. Many street food restaurants.

Near foods and 7-11
Walkable to the beach
Sound from mosque twice a day, can hear through in room but not that loud.
Elevator error one time during stay but few minutes.
