Very clean and looks new for everything . The breakfast is great , the front desk very nice . We have to come to Phoenix , will book here when we need to come

Location close to many downtown attractions. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate to accommodate an hungry morning appetite. The cinnamon rolls were on point. I’d recommend staying here anytime. Enjoyed my short one night stay.

雖然離市區近，不過周邊什麼都沒有。連住的話，如果沒有特意讓前台安排，是沒有人打掃衞生的。早餐還行吧，幾種麪包，麥片，水果，果汁，茶和咖啡，還有兩種肉和蛋。健身房小，24小時憑卡可以進，洗衣房是自助的。

環境OK，衹是步行範圍內沒有商圈配套，必須得開車

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia durante nuestra estadía. El check in fue muy lento, no había personal en recepción por lo que tuvimos que esperar 10-15 minutos para ser atendidos. Nos asignaron mal la habitación, nuestra reservación era para una habitación con 2 amas queen y nos dieron con 1 cama King. En la habitación de al lado parecía haber una fiesta, toda la noche tuvieron música fuerte y personas hablando en voz alta por lo que no pudimos dormir casi nada, hablamos a recepción para reportar la situación pero no hicieron nada al respecto, la fiesta concluyó a las 6:30 de la mañana.

Suuper limpio tooodooooo! Y los colchones y almohadas suuuper calidad! Se descansa mucho

Somewhat disappointed after reading the positive reviews. First impressions-just blah. Everything in the hotel is some shade of beige, brown, and chartreuse-green. Front desk clerk nice enough, but knew nothing about the common-area computer when I asked to print something. The room and it's amenities are minimal to non-existent. Plastic cups/foam coffee cups, wall mounted soap, shampoo, and lotion dispensers (the Dove brand hand soap was greatly watered down!), individual soap and other toiletries not offered, TV has limited channel choices, and the basic coffee/tea set up was in a dark cubby leaving one to grab for a cell phone flashlight in order to make a cup of joe. Not something anyone would like to do first thing in the morning. Another issue that may not be important to everyone, but the water pressure is exceedingly low! I'm all for water conservation, but it took so long to rinse off, I wonder how much water that wasted just due to length of time letting the water run. The overall impression it left me with was that of "thanks for your money, now leave" They really don't seem to do ANYTHING above and beyond to make you feel like you are a welcome guest. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff that we came in contact with upon our departure were extremely nice, courteous and friendly. I do recommend they increase parking lot. LOT IS VERY SMALL for the size of hotel. I hope that this was just a fluke and other travelers do not share the same experience.

The outdoor pool and hot tub was open, even though it was just February. The work out are was very nice.

I was there in Phoenix for a family court date. It happened to be the night of Valentines Day. Thankful the rate was not as high as the neighboring city hotels.

Very pleased with this location, easy check in/out. Very clean common areas. Downfall are the pillows, very uncomfortable but bed was great. Room was clean except with a few minor details. Curtious staff and one of the best breakfasts with many options and great tasting coffee!!
