Majestic house in a quiet location, with a sensational views of the Puig de Bonany spectacular place.
This great house is located at the north of the island near Petra. The plot has a total area of approximately 14 000 square meters and the house has a living space of about 450 m². A covered parking is available for two cars.
On the ground floor you will find 6 bedrooms,with two single beds on suite with bathtub.
At the main floor, the spacious living-dining room with several sofas and a large dining table ready for you and your family to spend quality time together. From there, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and all necesary equipments to make easy your holidays.
From the kitchen you can also get into the large veranda overlooking the pool, you will find garden furniture for the whole group prepared so that you can enjoy your meal outdoors. Here is also an outdoor bbq for nice evenings meals.
Outside you will find a large pool with sunbeds to enjoy the lovely weather in family or with a nice group of friends also the place has a nice garden for kids to play.Is a magnificient place to spend holidays.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 ⬠per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 â¬. From November to April 0,55 ⬠and 0,27 ⬠respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300.00 â¬.
