Lobby so spacious and luxurios looks, check in process very smooth. The room quite small and a bit pricey for this room size. However the breakfast buffet at cheks restaurant has lots of menu (malay cuisine, indian, japanese, noodle station, egg station, salad station and desserts) everything so yummy. All staff so friendly and helpful. This hotel also has big infinity pools with kl view and a kiddies room beside the pool. This hotel is very convinience to use mrt because they have linked bridge just beside the lobby and u can go to OU mall as well

El hotel siempre ha sido mi opción de alojamiento en pj, pero desgraciadamente tengo algo que decir con su sistema de aparcamiento recientemente iniciado tras mi reciente visita. En primer lugar, ya es malo exigir a sus huéspedes que se encargan de pagar una tarifa de estacionamiento durante su estancia en el hotel. Y a pesar de proporcionar un tipo fijo de RM3.00 a sus huéspedes, ninguno de los empleados ha tomado la iniciativa de informar hasta que se le solicite (ni la notificación de pago como se indica en mis fotos adjuntas ha mostrado ninguna pista sobre ello) . Incluso después de haber sido solicitados, no han proporcionado instrucciones claras sobre el modo de reembolso, y finalmente tuve que pagar más por las tarifas de estacionamiento debido a la falta de notificación y instrucción.

Stayed there during a business trip for 2 nights. Super friendly check-in, even at 12 mid night. The counter staff, specifically Mohd Ashraf, is a delight and extremely knowledgeable. I found him to be courteous, professional and accomodating, even at very late at night, and still the only person at the counter. Discovered the Superior King room had no fridge and the shower gel container was empty when I checked in. Told Housekeeping and it took a day for them to find a mini fridge but they somehow failed to refill the shower gel container. Luckily, I brought my own shower gel. There was no centralised lighting switch in the room. Everything had to be switched on and off manually. The shower area was partially cleaned with dust trails all over the edges. The same with the toilet. And the same with the room. This told me the housekeeping staff only cleaned the most covenient areas and did not do a thorough job. But it was ok. The bed and pillow was super nice and the room was quiet even though it was facing the monorail Kota Damansara station. I also remembered to close the curtains for some privacy. It was a direct line of sight to this station and the main road. Even though the monorails were running, I could barely hear any noise. The two nights were very peaceful and I woke refreshed and ready. The wireless broadband in the room was very good and I conducted several video calls and two video conference sessions in the evening and at night. The table and chair was suited to my needs. Housekeeping also did not replenish my complimentary water bottles but again, it was only a slight inconvenient as the electric kettle was really useful. I had to remove the electic kettle from its box as the steam from the boiling water really fogged the upper glass kitchentop. Parking was super convenient. Totally loved the breakfast buffet. Had my business conversations and caught up with my business partner during breakfast. Breakfast ended at 10.30am but that is plenty of time. The kuih-muih or local pastry was beyond my expectation and very very very good. The miso soup was incredible and the staff actually knew how to do perfect half boiled eggs. Not hard boiled and not raw - served nicely on a tiny bowl. The chef would actually break the eggs into the bowl separately to make sure it was acceptable, then combined it into a single bowl. Perfect. I have stayed in many hotels and I am glad it was available at Royale Chulan Damansara. The salami and cheese choices were very very good and so is the assortment of curries and roti canai. Absolutely delicious. The only item not on par was the coffee machine.

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall. However, I remember booking a superior room with a king bed on the app but we got a room with 2 twin beds instead. We were too tired from our trip to make a fuss about it and just joined the beds together. Perhaps, the cleaning staff should clean under the beds once in a while. Aunque las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas con toallas básicas, lamentablemente no se llenaron de manera oportuna el jabón y el lavado del cuerpo. Además, hubo problemas notables con las instalaciones de baño, la cabeza de lluvia estaba mal y no podía girarse, y el ducha de mano mostró cambios erráticos en la temperatura del agua, que fluctuaron entre el calor y el frío. A pesar de estos recortes, el hotel ofrece una experiencia razonablemente buena en cuanto al precio.

Fácil de registr****. En general satisfecho, a los niños les encanta estar aquí. Gran piscina y piscina para niños. Mobiliario y cocina limpios y completos. El hotel está en construcción, mejor evitar para cualquiera con alergias a polvo. Las habitaciones están fechadas. Hallway tenía rocas y en los anillos de la habitación. El baño siempre está cerrado y la habitación tenía ruidos en ellos como alguien tirando papel en el ventilador de aire acondicionado todo el día. La hoja de cama tenía tintas de sangre que nunca se habían cambiado aunque 3 días en fila la tarjeta se puso en la pierna para cambiarla, pero nunca se había cambiado.

La habitación era limpia y aireada, muy cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider
