Hotel was charming and lovely with the most comfortable bed and pillows for a perfect night’s rest after a day of exploring. It came with all the room amenities one could possibly need (water and coffee pods were always replenished, toothbrushes and toothpaste were there even without us having to request etc) and there was AC - something less common in Italian hotels, it seems. Service was excellent. In particular, Sergio was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had trouble navigating our car through the narrow streets of Florence with poor Google Maps directions. He got someone to help guide us to the hotel, before helping to valet park our car at a nearby garage. Sergio also took extra care to make sure our stay was wonderful, always offering to go the extra mile with a smile. The hotel location was also very convenient, with everything worth visiting/ seeing within 400-500m. Would 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we are back in Florence!

El hotel está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero tiene habitaciones muy bonitas con cocina. Hay una bonita piscina al aire libre y el sistema de calefacción se instalará pronto. Buen transporte público a Florencia. Muy buena gente. Por favor, asegúrese de reservar la mesa para cenar para evitar la decepción, ya que no hay otro restaurante cerca de la distancia de caminar.

Pros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

Un hotel maravilloso en un edificio antiguo. Está a 10 minutos a pie del centro de Florencia. El desayuno estuvo bien. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación contaba con hervidor de agua, bolsitas de té, vasos, tazas y nevera. La recepcionista nos ayudó a contactar por teléfono con un hotel en la ciudad a la que nos mudábamos. ¡Incluso guardaron nuestro equipaje durante unas horas después de la salida hasta que llegó nuestro transporte! Adjunto fotos del salón, la sala de reuniones y el árbol de Navidad... ¡Muy recomendable!

¡La ubicación es genial! Sin embargo, no te envían instrucciones para abrir la puerta y la habitación de antemano, así que cuando llegué tuve que llamar para entrar. El desayuno no está en el lugar, obtienes un cupón (que no fue fácil de conseguir). Este bono te da derecho a un café y un croissant. ¡Pensé que no valía la pena! Muy buena limpieza.

Расположение неплохое, но далековато от основных достопримечательностей. Отличный завтрак, хватало до обеда. Что не понравилось- слышимость из соседнего номера, там постоянно кто-то кашлял и смотрел телевизор громко, из-за этого плохо спала. Еще минусом для меня был очень маленький душ, унитаз прям под душем, второй раз я бы не остановилась в этом отеле. Хороший вид из окна и завтрак перебили минусы.

Aunque está un poco alejado de la estación de tren, por suerte el tranvía es súper cómodo. El entorno es seguro y tranquilo, y la limpieza también es buena. El desayuno es abundante y está rico. Hay muchas opciones de bebidas y postres. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. El único inconveniente es que, en la habitación individual, si bien el baño tiene un tamaño adecuado, la ducha es muy pequeña. De hecho, el bidé contiguo resulta un tanto superfluo, y sería ideal que ese espacio se utilizara para agrandar la ducha.
