Had a great time here with my family. The home stay was clean and had classic charm. It looked exactly like the pictures. The staff gave us water and fresh towels every day

The apartment looks exactly as how it was advertised by the owner. The apartment is very cosy and it has a very beautiful view of the sea. It also comes with a bath tub. The owner is very nice: he comes down to fetch us and help us to carry the luggage up. He also provides free usage of the 电车. He also offer to clean the apartment the next day which most Airbnb does not do so. He also 贴心的 prepared a 伴手礼 for us which is very kind of him. Would definitely come back again 😊

Mi reciente visita a este tradicional cuarto de baño, y fue honestamente una de las experiencias de viaje más memorables que he tenido. Desde el momento en que me caminé, me golpeó la belleza del espacio que conservaba sus hermosas luces arquitectónicas clásicas, techos de techo, y un tranquilo patio interior que se sentía como pasar de nuevo en el tiempo. Stayed here 3 nights. Pro 1. For accom, it is a studio loft, space is definitely much bigger than hotel room. The view of the city is definitely a plus point. 2. This place provides either free airport drop off or pick up if you stay more than 3 nights 3. Operators are friendly and helpful. Provide value add service. E.g. Assist to book Famous Wuji Beef hotpot, order supper via *******, free soya milk & fruits every evening, free satay sauce as souvenir. A very nice touch. Do remember to add their wechat for all kinds of travel tips. 4. For location, near shopping street 5mins walk. MixC shopping mall, Sunming. 15 mins walk to Longyan South Rd Food St. Many eateries around the area. Cons 1. It is run like a Airbnb/ homestay hence don’t expect cleanliness and amenities on par as those hotel chain. 2. They provide one time recycle bath towel that is a turn off for me. Prefer thick hotel bath towel. 3. The washing machine does not come with dryer function. Overall, it is was a pleasant stay. Suitable will for families with elderly or children. Not for fussy travellers.

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

This hotel is very clean, nice and friendly staff that didn’t speak English well but still made an effort using phone translators. Arrival was a bit confusing as the hotel sign was not obvious. I believe this hotel is one floor of a building which is shared with other hotels and residents. We used the front entrance upon arrival but was re-directed to a back entrance manned by a security guard. The back entrance does not have any English writing but is easy enough to find. Our window had a lovely view of a lively community park and waterfront. It was also close to a well known tourist area called small park and another larger park called Zhongshan Park. Lots to do and see but it did involve quite a bit of walking. There is no metro, just bus or taxis from what we could tell.

La experiencia global fue excelente. La habitación es grande y sonido es bueno que no podemos realmente oír los sonidos de otra habitación. La lavadora está justo fuera de la habitación, no podemos oír ningún sonido también. El primer tipo que nos conocimos en el escritorio delantero cuando vinimos a ver fue muy amable, pero experimentamos alguna barrera de comunicación, aunque realmente somos chinos. Intentamos pedir una toalla, pero el término que usamos en Malasia es diferente en China, por lo que al final uno de los empleados (el tipo) no fue realmente amable en responder a nosotros, mientras que el otro empleado (la chica) nos ayudó inmediatamente a conseguir la toalla. La experiencia general sigue siendo excelente.

Firstly, we were misguided to think that this is a homestay i.e. a building with a few rooms out for rent. It is actually a modern apartment but scattered over 2 separate high rise blocks. So our group of 4 families had to stay in different blocks due to room configuration. One block has one room whilst the other has 2 rooms. Putting that aside, the accommodation was good. Clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating as one of the room’s bedding configuration was not suitable for one family but he immediately appointed another unit for them so it was resolved. Beware of the very hard bed even for my standard! There is a washing machine in the unit and a little patio with a fridge and sink but no cooking facilities. Kettle and chinese tea provided and our room has a projector! Dunno how to switch on for shows though due to remote all in chinese. Location was strategic but we had own transporter so it didn’t matter but easily walkable to eateries and convenience store.

Viajar a South Australia y vivir esta casa es bueno. La habitación está bien iluminada, fuera de la ventana es el mar, el fondo está bien visto por mis colegas cuando se abre una reunión de vídeo, me preguntó si estaba en el pueblo de vacaciones y sonríe. La velocidad de la red también es estable, no hay tarjeta de reunión, es demasiado importante para los viajeros. La habitación es limpia, muy tranquila, la oficina del día y la noche ver el atardecer, el trabajo y el descanso no son malos. El director sabe que yo estoy en la oficina y también envió una taza de café en el corazón. La ubicación de la retrasa es conveniente y el estacionamiento es conveniente. Muy pronto, la familia es muy recomendada.
