This is one of the perfect hotel i have ever stayed throughout, from design, services, amenities, activities, all these made us feel home. Kudos to our assigned butler, Mr Owen, has taken care us well from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We even have our room free upgrade to have a best view and also given us extra local breakfast to let us try. He took very good photos too ! My wife likes it very much. Not forgetting mention all the staffs within the hotel, also very polite and greet us everytime. Definitely will come back next time around.

It was a great stay. I got in touch with the property two days before arrival. The lady helped me to negotiate a deal to get a hired car service from lijiang as well as an excursion circling the lake. The driver they recommend was also very professional and thorough. The place is at a great location, facing the lake and close to many good restaurants. All people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, responding to my questions and requests instantly. They also offered to help us with the luggages from and back to car hire. The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated too.

I had a wonderful stay at 慕鱼, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Lugu Lake. The hotel is tastefully designed, with every corner beautifully decorated and thoughtfully curated. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and the room cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The view is truly stunning — there is an unobstructed, direct view of Lugu Lake, and 蒗放码头 is located right in front of the hotel, making the location incredibly convenient. At night, I could see a sky full of stars directly from my room, which felt truly magical. Every detail in the room felt well considered and intentional. The room was also very comfortable in winter, with floor heating and a Dyson hair dryer, which made a huge difference during the colder days. During afternoon tea time, the hotel served a lovely afternoon tea set, and sitting in the backyard while enjoying the lake view became one of the most relaxing and memorable moments of my entire trip. Upon checkout, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast to go and gifted me some souvenirs, which was a very warm and touching gesture. They also helped recommend a reliable driver who took me back to Dali in a comfortable 9-seater car, making the journey smooth and stress-free. The owner is a beautiful and kind lady, and her dog Lucky, an adorable corgi, is an absolute delight. The staff were all genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, 慕鱼 offers beautiful design, breathtaking views, thoughtful service, and a truly relaxing experience. I would absolutely love to return.
