From the moment we arrived, the lady boss and her husband made us feel like we weren’t just guests—but part of their home. What truly stood out was how they went above and beyond in the most genuine way. She helped wash our clothes and even hung them to dry without us asking—something we didn’t expect at all, especially while traveling with kids. As a mom, that meant so much to me. She also took time to help with my children and even lent them toys, which instantly made them feel comfortable and happy. On our very first day, she even offered to drive us in her own car to the park—and not just drop us off, but wait for us too. That kind of kindness and effort is so rare, especially when you’re in a different country. What touched me even more was how thoughtful she was with my kids. She offered to help buy fruits for them, and when my daughter wasn’t feeling well (which usually happens to her when we travel abroad), she even helped us get the medicines we needed. That level of care felt so personal and sincere—it truly meant a lot to our family. Also, we have to mention how amazing the room itself was. It was so well-equipped with modern features—especially the comfort room, which had a heater and an automated toilet bowl (super convenient, especially in the cold weather!). The entire space was also very spacious, which made such a big difference for us as a family traveling with kids. We had enough room to move around, organize our things, and just feel comfortable overall. It really added to how relaxing and enjoyable our stay was. 💛 We booked this place hoping for a comfortable stay, but what we got was so much more—warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. I’m just so happy we chose to stay here. Truly unforgettable. 💛

El suelo del baño se inundaba después de ducharse, lo que obligaba a fregarlo uno mismo para secarlo; con razón el marco de la puerta del baño estaba podrido. Lo más increíble es que, a pesar del clima de octubre en Pekín, había mosquitos en la habitación todo el tiempo. Maté a cuatro o cinco, y al día siguiente volvieron, dejando a mi hijo con muchas picaduras en la cara.

UUsuario invitadoThe location is stunning and the room is well-sized for a family, modern and well decorated/ furnished in a luxury style. The gentleman looking after us was friendly, kind and helpful in booking a car, as well quick to respond to questions. The evening meal was delicious and he took us to an interesting restaurant for lunch. Hygiene was a big issue for us. The house was filthy inside and outside and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional company. The BBQ area was so dirty it was unusable and we cleaned the outside table 3 times ourselves before using. Floors inside were filthy and only a dirty, old mop used to move the dirt around - no clean, hot water or cleaning materials were used. I threw one of the floor mats outside - these must be replaced and cleaned between guests! This meant I had to use towels on the floor to prevent slipping, which got really dirty. Staff should not wear outdoor shoes inside the property! Cupboards have greasy fingerprints all over them. There were bugs in the shower and in the curtains. I saw hair around the indoor bathtub, but didn’t use it. A thorough clean with soapy, hot water BEFORE guests arrive is required, as it’s below the common standards in China that we’ve observed while traveling (including in some budget hotels). Breakfast was delivered to the property, but it was tiny and plain. We had just come from a budget hotel that had cleaner rooms and a more substantial breakfast provided. The ‘hot springs’ are from a water tank at the back. Showers are okay but would benefit from a water pump to improve the pressure. Beds are fine, if a little on the soft side for us, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, this could be a beautiful, luxury stay, and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. However, it is important that the hygiene and breakfast is improved, especially as the pricing is on the high-end, and so guests will expect more in terms of quality. We won’t return, unfortunately.

UUsuario invitadoReservamos este hotel porque está en la entrada a la muralla china, y ha sido todo un acierto 😊. El staff maravilloso y la habitación así como los alrededores están muy bien. Tienen un desayuno muy completo de 7:30 a 9h. Casualmente el día en el que nos alojamos cerraron el parque escénico por las inundaciones 4 días atrás, pero el staff nos ofreció la posibilidad de subir andando solos (la entrada exterior estaba cerrada) y fue espectacular. Si venís a ver la muralla, recomiendo muchísimo dormir la noche anterior es este hotel. Gracias a todo el staff!!!

MMCMLXXIXNos alojamos en el Hotel Base Gongti durante 6 noches. En general: buenas críticas👍 Reservamos con antelación y el precio de este lugar, poco más de 500 por día, fue increíble. . . El callejón es muy tranquilo. Gongti está justo afuera de la puerta, el metro está a unos pasos y Sanlitun Taikoo Li está a unos pasos más. Somos dos adultos y un niño. La habitación tenía una cama doble y un sofá. Una persona que mida 1,8 metros de altura puede dormir en el sofá. Cuando no estoy de viaje, hago ejercicio en el gimnasio del primer piso, como comida para llevar en el restaurante y juego una partida de billar. El personal es cálido y educado. Si quieres comer comida para llevar en tu habitación, un robot te la entregará en el piso de arriba. Si hay un pequeño defecto es que hay un ligero olor a alcantarilla en el baño. Le dejé una nota a la señora del piso, pidiéndole que no apague el extractor de aire cuando salga, y que será mejor... Gracias a todo el personal por el excelente servicio. 👍

I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. No tenía muchas expectativas sobre el hotel, considerando que costaba alrededor de 300 yuanes la noche en Pekín. Pero al llegar, ¡el ambiente era increíble! Lo único que lamento es que llegamos en tren bala casi a las 9 de la noche, y teníamos prisa por llegar a la Gran Muralla a la mañana siguiente, ¡así que no sacamos muchas fotos! Si vuelvo a Mutianyu, ¡sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo! Gracias al dueño por su cálida hospitalidad. Al ver que mi hijo y yo llegamos tarde, nos preguntaron si habíamos comido y nos pidieron un plato de fideos estofados. La salsa era muy aromática y los fideos estaban increíblemente tiernos; ¡sin duda los mejores fideos que he probado en mi vida! ¡Sin lugar a dudas! Siendo del sur, ¡nunca había probado unos fideos tan tiernos! También, gracias al dueño por las brochetas de carne a la parrilla de cortesía; ¡estaban deliciosas! ¡Este chef debe haber recibido formación, jajaja! Por último, un comentario sobre el transporte: se tarda unos 20 minutos en taxi desde el lago Yanqi, y los taxis son cómodos en ambos sentidos. Por la mañana, el trayecto en taxi hasta la Gran Muralla dura solo 5 o 6 minutos; sentí que tenía tiempo de sobra, ¡incluso podía ir andando! Subí a la Gran Muralla, cogí un taxi y, justo después de recoger mi equipaje en el hotel, salí corriendo para coger el tren bala. ¡Fue todo tan apresurado que no pude sacar muchas fotos del precioso paisaje, una verdadera lástima!

XXingfupinganjiankangdafupo這次去了懷柔的雲端蓮馨谷，回來就忍不住想寫個好評，住得是真舒坦。 先説位置，藏在山裡麪，跟着導航走稍微遠了一點，但一到地方就覺得值了。空氣特別新鮮，能聞到青草和泥土的味道，一下子就把城裡的燥熱給沖散了。院子裏種了好多綠植。孩子一眼就看見了兩個無邊泳池和周邊的網紅鞦韆，非要去玩，我就躺在旁邊的躺椅上刷手機，風吹着特別涼快，也特別自在。 最讓我驚喜的是他們家的手工活動。本來以為就是隨便糊弄一下，沒想到真的有活動老師，還有明確的活動內容和活動時間。下午有免費的京劇髮箍活動，我和孩子一起做了一個，沒想到我們能做出這麼完美的作品。五點鐘還有個付費的手工diy披薩活動，我也給孩子約了一個，價格好像是88塊錢，不算貴。做完等老師烤，烤好了就能直接吃了，不得不説真的挺美味的！哈哈哈 我們的餐基本都在民宿解決的。當天晚上是點了個188炒菜套餐，其中那個虹鱒魚真的絕了，特別新鮮。他們説是養在泳池旁邊的池子裏的，都是現殺現醃現烤的。早餐有中式和西式可以選擇，是包含在房費裏的。第二天中午我們是單點了一些菜，也都挺美味的，給廚師點贊。 房間更是符合我的心意，因為我喜歡泳池邊上的房間，前台小姐姐就給我調到下面了。而且他們這邊客房服務也很到位，我們晚上發現投影遙控器沒電池了，給前台發了條微信，兩分鐘就送來了。 總的來説，不管是帶娃來玩兒，還是幾個朋友約着來喝茶發呆，或者公司搞個小團建，我覺得都挺合適的。我們這次玩得好吃得也好，性價比真的高。下次想來摘栗子的時候還住這兒，已經收藏了。
