Had a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth during our Perth trip. The service truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We reached at around 5am on 23 May, and the Night Duty Manager went above and beyond to help recommend a temporary accommodation for us at a nearby hotel while waiting for our room to be ready later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that really helped us rest after a long flight. He was also incredibly reassuring and helpful when our parcels were delayed, offering to assist with arranging shipment to our preferred address and easing a lot of our worries. The reception staffs were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we had questions, and housekeeping was attentive to all our requests throughout the stay. The room itself was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and our room gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The location was another huge plus — conveniently situated within a short walk to the train station and nearby malls, making it very easy to get around Perth. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Hyde again the next time I return to Perth.

Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation for the next few months with tradesmen coming and going making a lot of noise from around 7am. There is no gym at the hotel but the hotel has an arrangement with a local gym with a pass available. The restaurant is closed due renovation and one of the lifts is not operating and there has been an issue with the plumbing. Best to avoid for the next few months until renovation is completed.

El hotel es un hotel decente, pero no es muy seguro si es de calidad de cinco estrellas. La habitación es bastante pequeña, y nos reservamos lo que diga llamar una ”camera de esquina premium”. y la niñez/camera/calidad del servicio fue mucho mejor.

La ubicación es grande. Cerca de la estación de Perth. Restaurantes alrededor del hotel. La televisión en habitación doble no está en el centro y en frente de una de las camas sólo. No hay Chromecast, pero compartir pantalla es una opción. El desayuno era las opciones básicas de desayuno inglés. El sabor está bien. No es malo, pero no es bueno, no recomendaría el desayuno. Podemos ver el sol desde nuestra habitación que era agradable

La habitación era bastante espaciosa, con baño privado y una cama cómoda. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro comercial. Sin embargo, me pareció extraño que la cama no tuviera cortinas. La habitación cuádruple tenía dos camas individuales y una litera.

We had a wonderful stay at the European Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and we were very grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to key attractions and public transport in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Like the combination of the colour they mix and match the whole property from inside to outside. The rooms is clean, bedding is comfortable and view of the hotel also nice especially at sunrise and sunset time. The lounge area is comfortable as well. But the space on the room and bathroom is small. Good for light traveller, for those with big luggage is difficult. Only 1 big luggage can open at 1 time. But the price is very affordable for hotel at near city area.

Es un herbergo muy agradable. Realmente impresioné la calidad. La cama es muy buena, así que podía dormir muy bien todas las noches. La habitación es muy limpia. Estoy muy satisfecho. Muchas gracias. Estoy segura de que me quedaré de nuevo !!!

El dueño es bueno. Es más como una casa de participación, bien organizada con espacios públicos. No está lleno, es limpio y cómodo. La gente allí es amigable como amigos. Adecuado para estancias cortas y largas.
