Esta es la primera revisión que he escrito en mi vida. No creo que haya tenido un servicio al cliente tan malo. Contexto: Tengo una reserva para una semana. En el hotel, el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. La señora en el escritorio frontal (una señora diferente de la del teléfono) me hace firmar papel y me dice que me siento bien para ir. ”No me escuchaste”. No me lo dice en un tono agradable, me está gritando por el teléfono de la manera más ruda posible, y me dice que es mi culpa. Su disculpa fue ”La chica del escritorio delantero es nueva y no sabe de qué está hablando”. ¿Cómo es esto mi culpa? Entonces ella dice que lo descubrirá y me llamará en 10 minutos. 30 minutos pasan y les llamo de nuevo porque no he recibido una llamada y me disculpo por estar enojado (Lo siento primero, aunque no fue mi error). Entonces ella dice que puede moverme a una nueva habitación y yo pido un descuento. Debo dejar el trabajo por una hora para empaquetar mis cosas y conducir ambas maneras sólo para encontrar su descuento fue $20. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. (Le pedí otra vez más tarde pero dijeron que estaban llenos, lo que sea que entiendo que) Después de esto, llamé 3 veces separadas y pidió hablar con el gerente y me dijeron que el gerente volverá el viernes a las 7:00. Llamando a las 7 y me dijeron que el gerente no está aquí y volverá el lunes. Es una vergüenza que un hotel tan bueno tenga un servicio tan terrible. Estoy más decepcionado que haya estado en un hotel en años. Aconsejo en contra de este hotel, hay un Tru by Hilton 30 segundos, vale la pena gastar un extra de 15 dólares para quedarse allí.

Viajamos aquí muchas veces, comparados con el mejor precio de este hotel, la habitación es más amplia, también puede tener desayuno, hay café o té todo el día! Vale la pena elogiar!

Not recommended. Made reservations on Hotels.com in August 2021 for August 2022 the total charge for 3 days on the Hotels site was 233.00. The room was reserved via a credit card. The day we left to travel to the property they call us on our cell phone and left msg that we needed to call them as the card the room was reserved with did not go through and if we didn't call them back the rate. Once we called them they had already cancelled our reservation. But they said they could book the same three days at the new rate at $466. First who cancels a reservation just hours before patrons are to arrive? Secondly, the room was booked through Hotels.com and no email on cancellation on account? Never have I had a property try to run a card transaction for payment prior to patrons arrival. Honestly after hearing they had done the same thing to others at the event, I believe they cancelled so they could charge the higher rate. Very shady business practices at this property when the original agreement on the Hotels.com site was Pay when you arrive. Beware!!!!
