Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise war ALLES zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sehr gerne buche ich wieder im Best Western Plus Parkhotel & Spa Cottbus :) Eine private Reise it bereits in Planung, da ich es für einen tollen Ort halte, um Energie aufzutanken. Privat werde ich bestimmt den SPA- Bereich nutzen.

Decepcionante ya al check-in. Incluso una estación de tren y es agradable. Protección de datos y discreción parecen ser en este hotel en palabras extrañas. El personal acogió a los huéspedes como gritos de mercado (alto, muy inquieto, desagradable). Muchas gracias a la tranquila entrenadora. La colega debería mirar algo que con rumores estúpidos se superponía su inadecuación y se hizo a una gran empresa. La habitación era limpia para un hotel de reuniones i.O. El desayuno fue un desastre , la atmósfera de la estación de tren hizo que la recuperación de la noche se convirtiera en una sobrina. No hay lugar en la sala de desayuno, el primer café fue , se siente como bebido en la estación de escuela frente a la puerta, por falta de espacio. Todo el hotel radia hectárea y agitación. El personal parece totalmente exagerado. Un absoluto no go. Al desayuno faltaban cestas de pan, platos, mantequilla, pan, todo se desplazó, desorientado y confuso a los huéspedes como el personal. No puedo recomendar el hotel. 4Sterne ¿Para qué? tampoco tuve la impresión de que no había suficiente personal allí, sino que esto funcionaba totalmente poco formado y poco profesional. Se ha creído que no hay estructura en todo el hotel. Los empleados siempre sonrieron y sólo hizo comentarios para sobreponer el estado de este hotel. Muy triste.

As this hotel is working with the DR Koch clinic, there was a room booked for us as I had to undergo a hernia surgery in Cottbus. The hotel is perfect located at the heart of the city centre. Easy to park your car in the garage of the hotel. Check in was swift and smooth. The first room we were allocated to was not really ok to us as my partner was with me for support during my surgery time, and had to work aswell from his laptop. So after asking for a different room with a bit more space and a better desk, we were shown 2 other rooms and one of these was perfect. At no extra cost we were able to take this room. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Thinking with you. Beds are ok as is the rest of the room. The only minor thing is the shower wich is a little small in my opinion. But the rest of the room and hotel are very ok for a week stay. B reakfast is simple but adequate. Very easy to get a lunchbox arranged and they were super friendly in everything. Giving information, asking how I was before and after surgery...it is THAT what makes a difference,. Hotels have rooms and tv's and everything. But it is the staff that makes the difference and for us...they did. Great people and very recommendable. As an hotel expert I have no hesitations in going back. Thank you staff of SORAT HOTEL COTTBUS!

Muy bien, el servicio también es muy bueno, el ambiente también es muy bueno, el Flip también es muy bueno, la habitación es muy grande y se siente muy bien, y me quedaré aquí más tarde. Te presentaremos a nuestros amigos más tarde.

Visitado Cottbus para negocios y encontró que Radisson era el mejor valor para dinero que podía conseguir: excelente desayuno, gran sauna, buena conexión a Internet, espaciosas y cómodas habitaciones y muy útil personal. El hotel puede ver un poco ”retro” en el primer momento (salas, lobby, etc), pero se puede superar fácilmente por las instalaciones y la ayuda del personal. La sauna es muy agradable después de un día de trabajo y reuniones. La ubicación era perfecta para mí, ya que me gusta caminar y no me molestó el 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, donde probablemente terminarás cenando. Además, la ubicación es estratégica para trenes a Berlín + aeropuerto, alquiler de coches, tranvía de transporte público local y autobuses.
