Ein angenehmes Hotel mit schönen, sauberen Saunen und gepflegtem Poolbereich. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Nur der Service könnte insgesamt besser sein und die Ausstattung ist sehr sparsam.

Det var en god oplevelse, maden var i top, men syntes dog, at 6,5eur for 1 flaske vand 0,75 er i overkanten.
Var tilfreds med alt, desværre gik brandalarmen 2 timer efter jeg var faldet i søvn. Der kom ingen info fra personalet, efter ca 40 min. stoppede den, det viste sig det var en fejl. Jeg fik dog ødelagt min nattesøvn, det er ikke sjovt af være på 2. sal gående med rollator og vide, at hvis der sker noget vil jeg ikke kunne komme ned ad trappen. Personalet kunne godt have gået til hver etage og orienteret om falsk alarm. Men eller alt tip top og vil bruge hotellet fremover, dog bede om at bo i stue etagen

What a find. The gentleman manning the desk late night when we arrived was consummately friendly, professional, and helpful. So was the young lady at the breakfast buffet. Echt super! And, the property and rooms themselves are absolutely gorgeous. Great experience!

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat viel Platz, auch im Bad. Auch die weiteren Räumlichkeiten im Hotel sind geschmackvoll. Frühstück war auch top. Gute Auswahl und es wurde auch ständig aufgefüllt. Uns waren die Betten zu hart und zwei von den drei Damen am Empfang, die wir kennenlernen durften, waren sehr unterkühlt. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr nett. Im Spabereich gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Saunen und ein relativ großes Schwimmbecken. Im Schwimmbereich hätte es gemütlicher sein können. Vielleicht kann man da mit Pflanzen noch mehr verbessern. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit fußläufiger Nähe zum sehr schönen Branitzer Park, dem man unbedingt einen Besuch abstatten sollte.

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise war ALLES zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sehr gerne buche ich wieder im Best Western Plus Parkhotel & Spa Cottbus :) Eine private Reise it bereits in Planung, da ich es für einen tollen Ort halte, um Energie aufzutanken. Privat werde ich bestimmt den SPA- Bereich nutzen.

Ich habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauber, wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, toller Spabereich, wenn auch an dem Abend leider auch nur eine Sauna geöffnet hatte, beeindruckende Anlage, leckeres Essen beim Italiener.
Ich komme wieder!

So ist die Einrichtung sehr gut, aber das es keine Bar gibt, wo man abends nochmal den Tag ausklingen lassen könnte oder geschweige am Nachmittag die Möglichkeit bietet einen Kaffee zu trinken ist doch sehr bedauerlich!!!

Das Personal benötigt etwas Aufsicht und es war deutlich, dass im Spa zuwenig Personal war für die Anzahl der Gäste. Die Rezeption ist nicht wirklich sehr kompetent besetzt. Zuwenig Interesse und die Koordination mit dem Spa ist eher mangelhaft. Ein etwas älterer Herr im Spa war wirklich sehr gut und versuchte wo immer möglich zu helfen
