Although the hotel looks good from the outside the inside was lackluster. Our room smelled of mold, the whole hotel was nearly deserted, restaurant food was overpriced for what it was. We stayed only 1 night to catch a flight from Chumphon airport and the transfer costed us 200 baht per person (10 minute ride!) so make sure you arrange transport beforehand.

Staff are super nice and helpful with whatever you need, clean, price is fair. Location is specific for us since we had an early flight so we wanted to be close to the airport but other than that, there’s nothing really special around. Near the university

Staff had not check key card room it was does work no electricity, no air condition in my room. After they walk away from my room. I need to asked house keeper for a new card and tested by myselft what happended. And called on the telphone please change my keycard.

I had a wonderful stay! Staff was super friendly, the food was great and they accommodated my vegan diet very nicely (no just french fries and fried mixed veggies, they made an excellent and tasty selection for me), great views, and relaxing place.

I stayed at the hotel for the fourth time in early August (just stopovers), and it is always a pleasure to be there. The hotel is attractively designed, and the staff are uniformly kind and helpful. It seems to be a very well-managed hotel. After a long journey, it is a relief to sleep well on a large, comfortable bed. I wish that I could find more hotels as consistently good as this.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Try to pre arrange your transportation to the airport. They charge 200 baht per person for a 10 minute ride to the airport. Only because there is no traffic in this area.

Spacious, clean and modern rooms with sea view. Our kids stayed in a very nice maisonette (two story room). Friendly staff and lots of choices on the restaurant menu. We enjoyed our stay very much, it is a great spot to catch a breath and recharge.

the room was clean and the hotel in general, spacious room as well.. The pool was closed but only because of COVID-19 restriction.. The food at their restaurant was not good, we only order very basic food as we did not have a very good experience.. And because of that, we decided to just buy food at 7/11 because we had trouble with our tummy after a meal.. we stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and we only ate twice or thrice in total at their restaurant.. We're lucky that there's 7/11 close to the hotel and they have bicycle available to use for free.. We found no or little restaurant nearby.. there was a small thai restaurant close but they don't speak English.. in the afternoon, there's a small market near 7/11 to buy fruits and street food.. It was also annoying to hear very loud banging from the top floor.. on top of our room.. not the hotel's fault but yeah Beachfront hotel but there's no way you can go swimming at the beach as it is very, very, very rocky! We tried to explore and walk both sides of the shore but no luck of finding a nice spot of the beach to swim.. We only got sandflea bites! The hotel was expensive as well if you can't use the amenities..
