I had a wonderful stay here during my visit to Paros. The apar**ents are tucked back, about an 8 minute walk from the beach, which keeps things quiet and serine. With that being said, it was a quick walk to the old town, port, and bus station making everything easily accessible. George and Marianna were great hosts, very attentive and gracious making sure I had anything and everything I needed during my stay.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. George was very welcome, helpful and attentive. Located ten minutes walk from the Old Town with lovely countryside views. His wife gave us some homemade Baklava. Definitely recommend it.

Our stay was extremely lovely. Giorgos was super nice and helpful with everything. The room was very clean! If you go to Parikia I would recommend to stay here! The host is super friendly and always wants to help

Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, and George was an excellent host! The location is a bit out of the way from the rest of Parikia, especially if you'll be getting around on foot, but fortunately the surrounding area is fairly quiet and peaceful.

Giorgos is a legend. He was very welcoming, attentive and lovely to chat with. The property is close to the town, beach and lots of amazing food spots. Would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Kontoratos Studios and apar**ents for 8 days in August 2023. On arrival we were met by our host George who gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our apar**ent. We had the apar**ent on the third floor which has a fabulous large private terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. The room is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning works really well and is very quiet. The entrance way to the apar**ents is full of lovely plants which are kept in very good condition. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach (Lavidia) and plenty of restaurants. It is a 15min walk from the ferry and bus terminal, so very easy to access. We had brief chats with George most days - he wanted to make sure we had everything that we needed. George and his wife live on site and nothing is ever a problem. The apar**ents are exceptionally clean. Paros is beautiful. Parikia is a great base for getting around the island either by bus or ferry.

Staying here was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Greece! Our host Giorgios and his wife Marianna made our stay feel like home away from home. We booked last minute the night before and we had a beautiful room waiting for us the next morning which is always a relief when you’re traveling. Giorgios met us on arrival and showed us to our room, the basement hall was filled with pictures of guests who stayed and some family photos as well as any information we needed during our stay - local taxis, tours etc. The rooms were perfect - clean and bright! Two pillows each, tea and coffee, a kettle, a cold bottle of water in the fridge, lovely clean towels, shower gels and soaps all in the room as well as a clothes horse to dry our swimwear and towels. We had the best sleep in Kontaratos because it was so comfortable and quiet outside. The hotel itself is beautiful, covered in grape vines and geraniums as well as some of their own potted plants which was beautiful to look at when we had our morning coffee sitting outside our room at our own personal table and chairs over looking the mountains. The hotel itself is situated about 3/4 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes walking from the port. I cannot recommend this place enough, there is absolutely no doubt when I return to Paros I will stay here! Giorgios waved us off when we left and if I could, I would never have left! Look no further for places to stay in Parikia - there’s no doubt this is the best host and rooms in Paros!

Incredible Welcoming. Giorgos gave us lot of tips and address to spend good time in Paros and we got a very warmest goodbye. Never seen owners so kind. The location of the appar**ent was perfect to visit Parikiá old town/port, go to restaurant/ Beach and rent scooters to visit the villages of Paros. In short, go for it with your eyes closed and you won't regret it!
