Hoteles en Hue con aparcamiento

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue. We stayed in the Modern Water Pool Villa and honestly, it was totally worth the price. The room was super spacious and beautiful, with our own private pool. We could watch the sunset right from our villa, and the view over the lagoon was amazing — really peaceful and scenic. One small downside though: there were quite a lot of bugs at night, so it was hard to really enjoy the private pool in the evening, which was actually the part we were most looking forward to. Still, shoutout to the front desk team — they were super helpful and friendly. Overall, a lovely getaway spot if you’re looking to relax and enjoy nature.

En general, no es un mal hotel. De hecho, ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio dada su ubicación en la zona de bares. Un aspecto negativo para mí fue el aire acondicionado, que era débil e ineficaz. Por lo demás, estuvo perfectamente bien. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y están bastante bien amuebladas. Tiene ascensor y mesas para servir el desayuno. La propietaria/persona de contacto del hotel es muy hospitalaria y ofrece un buen paquete turístico para la DMZ.

Esta era mi primera vez en un Banyan Tree y mi primera vez en Vietnam, así que estaba emocionada y nerviosa a la vez. El resultado fue inesperadamente bueno; la experiencia fue fantástica y superó mis expectativas. El hotel no es nuevo, pero todos los muebles y accesorios del baño estaban impecablemente mantenidos. En comparación con otros hoteles en los que me he alojado en los últimos años, como el Westin en Phuket e incluso el Dusit Thani en las Maldivas, los estándares de la marca Banyan Tree son excepcionalmente consistentes y completos. La limpieza de la habitación dos veces al día, los pequeños obsequios y refrigerios diarios, y un delicioso baño de burbujas y una decoración romántica para dos el último día fueron sorpresas encantadoras. Como nuestra villa estaba en la cima de una colina, el carrito eléctrico estaba siempre disponible, y todo el personal nos brindó un servicio siempre amable y paciente. Incluso con un inglés limitado, no había ninguna de las típicas sonrisas falsas que se ven a menudo en la industria hotelera. El spa merece una mención especial. Habiendo probado los spas de los hoteles hermanos Banyan Tree y Angsana, las técnicas eran profesionales, dedicadas y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Visité el spa cuatro veces durante mis siete días y ocho noches, y aún quería más. No tengo palabras para expresar mi admiración. La verdad es que soy una persona muy exigente y un poco maniática de la limpieza. En los últimos veinte años, me he alojado en varios hoteles de cinco estrellas en islas de diferentes continentes. Estoy realmente agradecida por este viaje, porque fue una decisión de último momento; reservé y pagué en septiembre. Después de la visita, mi ansiedad inicial se transformó en gratitud y satisfacción. Tengo que decir que soy fan de Banyan Tree. Espero probar otros hoteles Banyan Tree en China este año.

Puedes ver la orilla del río de inmediato. Porque es la calle más transitada de Hue. Incluso andar en bicicleta para dar una vuelta Fue agradable, pero no tuve tiempo de hacer turismo. Dispuesto a visitar nuevamente

I had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home. What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort. Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

When we got there, we welcomed so warmly by Han on the receptionist, a very good man who packed our breakfast the next morning because our flight was leaving so early. The staff was really welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is amazing and the food was great.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la zona de cruceros del río Perfume, ideal para cenar y dar un paseo en barco a la pagoda Thien Mu. El servicio de ciclovías del hotel ofrece hermosos recorridos nocturnos por el centro de la ciudad y está cerca de numerosos puestos de comida y del centro comercial Vincom. El hotel está limpio, el servicio es bueno y el personal es amable. Visité el hotel durante la temporada de lluvias, así que el clima era algo húmedo; recuerde llevar paraguas y chaqueta al salir.

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems. 1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before. 2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online. 3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view. The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
