Hoteles en Hue con aparcamiento

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue. El hotel, construido junto al lago, se puede recorrer caminando de un extremo al otro, con unos 3 km de longitud, una caminata bastante saludable, especialmente después de comer. El hotel también proporciona bicicletas y podemos pedir un carrito de golf en lugar de caminar. Reservamos la villa sobre el agua; vivir sobre el agua fue toda una experiencia. La habitación es grande (130 m²) y las instalaciones son buenas, aunque algunas pequeñas mejoras podrían mejorar aún más la estancia. Por ejemplo, el baño podría tener más iluminación e instalar colgadores de toallas sin plantas debajo. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Las dos piscinas tienen vistas maravillosas. El spa es excelente. Este hotel es ideal para relajarse y descansar. Los lugares con vistas panorámicas están un poco lejos. El aeropuerto de Da Nang tarda unos 80 minutos en coche.

Esta era mi primera vez en un Banyan Tree y mi primera vez en Vietnam, así que estaba emocionada y nerviosa a la vez. El resultado fue inesperadamente bueno; la experiencia fue fantástica y superó mis expectativas. El hotel no es nuevo, pero todos los muebles y accesorios del baño estaban impecablemente mantenidos. En comparación con otros hoteles en los que me he alojado en los últimos años, como el Westin en Phuket e incluso el Dusit Thani en las Maldivas, los estándares de la marca Banyan Tree son excepcionalmente consistentes y completos. La limpieza de la habitación dos veces al día, los pequeños obsequios y refrigerios diarios, y un delicioso baño de burbujas y una decoración romántica para dos el último día fueron sorpresas encantadoras. Como nuestra villa estaba en la cima de una colina, el carrito eléctrico estaba siempre disponible, y todo el personal nos brindó un servicio siempre amable y paciente. Incluso con un inglés limitado, no había ninguna de las típicas sonrisas falsas que se ven a menudo en la industria hotelera. El spa merece una mención especial. Habiendo probado los spas de los hoteles hermanos Banyan Tree y Angsana, las técnicas eran profesionales, dedicadas y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Visité el spa cuatro veces durante mis siete días y ocho noches, y aún quería más. No tengo palabras para expresar mi admiración. La verdad es que soy una persona muy exigente y un poco maniática de la limpieza. En los últimos veinte años, me he alojado en varios hoteles de cinco estrellas en islas de diferentes continentes. Estoy realmente agradecida por este viaje, porque fue una decisión de último momento; reservé y pagué en septiembre. Después de la visita, mi ansiedad inicial se transformó en gratitud y satisfacción. Tengo que decir que soy fan de Banyan Tree. Espero probar otros hoteles Banyan Tree en China este año.

Hotel muy bueno y económico cerca del Palacio de Hue. La recepcionista de Ao Dai es cortés y muy profesional en el trato con los huéspedes. La habitación está limpia y la cama es de buena calidad. Dormí muy bien en un ambiente tranquilo. El desayuno es excelente, con varios platos típicos de Hue disponibles en forma de bufé. El único problema es la alineación de los artículos del baño. Las toallas están demasiado cerca de la ducha y se mojan fácilmente si me ducho. Los frascos de champú y gel de ducha están muy lejos del inodoro y al principio ni siquiera entendí que eran frascos de champú, así que tuve que llevarlos a la ducha para bañarme. Deberían intercambiar las toallas y los frascos de champú. Los demás artículos no son un problema.

This is so far the best ever resort I've had the pleasure to stay at. From exclusive and delicious food, to a delightful Spa, this resort has everything you need or want. The restaurants: Moomba, Rice Bowl, Rice Bar and Saffron, offer a wonderful selection of dishes suitable for lovers of meat and fish, and also suitable for vegans as well. The pool is incredible and has a nice little bar. The staff members are beyond friendly and caring. They remember your names, they always ask about your stay and they pay close attention to all of your needs. Especially, I'd love to mention Hien, who was very kind and caring, Linh, a wonderful lady, making sure we had no issues during the stay, and Trinh, who was a joy to talk to when we visited the golf facility. Overall, it was our second time there and we'd definitely go back!

¡La habitación junto al río tiene una gran vista! La habitación también era espaciosa y estaba limpia. También había una bañera para poder disfrutar de un baño relajante. La ubicación es buena, por lo que no tendrás problemas para comprar o comer. Está a poca distancia del Palacio Real. El problema fue que el ascensor iba un poco lento.

Nos alojamos solo una noche en Hue. El hotel era fantástico, con una piscina muy bonita. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y ordenadas y el desayuno era excelente. Recomiendo mucho el hotel. Además, tienen un restaurante agradable justo al lado del hotel si buscas buena comida vietnamita. Punto extra: olvidé algunas cosas en el hotel y se las arreglaron para enviármelas de Hue a Da Nang en menos de 24 horas. Esto no está relacionado con el alojamiento en el hotel, pero realmente aprecio lo que hicieron.

Excelente por este precio. Este es un gran hotel con buen servicio. Incluso si cuando estuve allí hubo un accidente en el que la electricidad no funcionó bien por un tiempo, pero es aceptable porque lo arreglaron rápido. Recomendado

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 20 minutes walk to the old city. Plenty of eateries and shops around. It's also just a 25 minutes drive to the train station (we took the scenic train to Danang). The room was ok and mostly clean, but the bed was very hard and the pillows felt like a sac of potato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to caters mainly to Chinese tour groups. They are very noisy and unruly. The breakfast area felt like a market, the bread and pastries were stale and un-edible, the bacon was hard and dry. Maybe the Asian fare was good, the continental/western fare was terrible. Would not recommend!
