UUsuario invitadoNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

UUsuario anónimoIt was convenient to be able to take the airport shuttle to and fro from Denver International. However, more detailed information on how to get on the
shuttle, and its frequency will be great! The hotel elevator was out of service, but the front desk staff was very helpful to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Lots of varieties for breakfast choices. Very nice.

(1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits
(2) Staff are professional, explain things well.
(3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in.
What can be improved:
(1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier.
(2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay.
Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

CChristina McDuffieThough I wasn't there much but to sleep mostly the place was nice and clean check in was easy the lady was extremely helpful and nice made me feel welcoming they had a pool there didn't get to use it though cuz I didn't have time same with hot tub and I'm sure it was nice the bed was extremely comfortable the room was nice and clean the facility itself was on a pretty clean service was nice my only thing I would say about this place that wasn't all the best was the food for breakfast it was kind of cold although they do give biscuits and gravy eggs sausage that's all nice and good but it would definitely taste better if it was warm other than that it was a good experience and I enjoyed it and I would definitely stay there again

Nuestra mayor denuncia es la ventana gigante que ve en el duche que cualquiera en el dormitorio podría ver mucho que usted está desnudo, que vidrio congelado no bloqueó nada. Probablely fine if you are in the room alone or with a partner, but if you may have friends for acquaintances stop by while you're still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid... It's just kind of strange. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. También habría sido agradable tener más de dos toallas en la habitación.
Me quedaré aquí otra vez porque me disfruté de la atmósfera y la ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesito.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación y el baño en general son muy limpios y la cama es suave. La única desventaja es que la recepción siempre no tiene a nadie. La barra de abajo es muy guapa. El costo del estacionamiento en la puerta es muy caro. En general, es muy bueno y recomendable.

UUsuario invitadoExcelente ubicación lo suficientemente cerca del Centro de Convenciones para caminar hasta nuestro espectáculo/evento. Lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a muchas opciones de restaurantes, desde Taco Bell y Chipotle hasta Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, excelente comida tailandesa, etc. No tuvimos que usar ni mover nuestro vehículo durante toda la estadía. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda y el personal era servicial. El gran y único problema que tuvimos fue que no había agua caliente en la habitación durante los primeros dos días de nuestra estadía y esa ducha caliente es vital. Nos complementaron con el desayuno y una bebida por un día, por lo que esto ayudó a compensar la falta de agua caliente en el hotel durante esos dos días. El desayuno fue excelente y la única comida caliente que pudimos tomar en las 3 mañanas que estuvimos en Denver, pero habría estado económicamente fuera de nuestro alcance si no fuera gratuito.
