Прекрасный отель с очень удобным расположением в городе. Отель новый, только что открылся. Поэтому есть шанс поспать на абсолютно новом матрасе и на чистейшем хрустящем постельном белье. Отель предоставляет завтрак на крыше отеля, достаточно скромный шведский стол, но есть всё необходимое (растворимый кофе, соки, яйца, хлеб, джем, сосиски горячий Фо Бо и холодный жареный рис, фрукты). Особо хочу отметить работу персонала. Девушки и парни чрезвычайно отзывчивые, добрые и улыбчивые, готовые в любой момент оказать помощь гостю. Спасибо им огромное за их труд и работу. Ребята, вы действительно молодцы! Особое спасибо владельцу отеля, который предложил в качестве комплимента бесплатный трансфер от отеля на вокзал, а потом благополучно об этом забыл 😂👍🏼

I had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

Very convenient location. This is good hotel with spacious rooms with modern design. It's good value for the price. There is no pool or restaurant but there are lots of restaurants and cafe just outside. I would like to compliment Mr Anouar for stellar service in the reception. He stood out from rest of the staff with excellent language skills and service mentality.   

Era un hostal normal, sin mucho… una distribución interesante: todas las duchas están en la planta baja y los dormitorios en las plantas superiores. Las habitaciones son enormes, con la zona de chicas en la subhabitación. Las camas son muy duras, pero están bien. Hay toallas disponibles por 15.000 kip. No hay mucho que hacer cerca del hostal, pero el mercado nocturno está a 10 minutos a pie. El wifi no siempre es potente, pero está bien.

acceptable for the price. clean, friendly staff, close to everything. the room (double room) was very tiny, ac working but not great. we put it on 18 but it was still quite warm in the room. mattress was far away from soft but also not hard like a brick. they offer free drinking water dispenser but moat of the time it was empty or not working.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

Nos alojamos en un hotel durante tres días. La piscina y el té estaban impecables, y las fotos eran geniales. Servicio: El resto del personal fue muy amable. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Room: I booked a large room, and it did not disappoint. The space was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with good furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was good, and room quiet ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The room also had a safe, which was a great addition for storing valuables, giving me peace of mind during my stay. Bathroom: The bathroom was good for me. It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall Experience: My stay at Central Vientiane Hotel was enjoyable. The combination of a large, comfortable room, a big and clean bathroom, a varied breakfast, and the attentive staff made it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane, whether for business or leisure. It offers great value for money, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
