UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected.
We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi.
For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring.
There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

UUsuario invitadoOur stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were grateful for hotel shuttle service to the hotel as it saves us the trouble of climbing up slopes with our luggages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warm welcome of the staff with free drinks provided at the lounge. The Sora Room is well equipped with amenities and comes with the private onsen, for you to enjoy any time. Recommend to get the ice (outside room) for a cool ice coke after onsen. Definitely have to give the Japanese breakfast and Kaiseiki dinner a try. Every single dish is so delicious and palatable. The hotel is located at Kanawa, within walking distances to the popular attractions such as Hells of Beppu and Onsen Museum. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Beppu!

One of the pleasant surprises was the availability of free drinks, a thoughtful touch that added comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
The onsen with a beautiful view was truly a highlight. It offered a relaxing atmosphere and a scenic backdrop that made each visit feel rejuvenating.
My room was spotlessly clean and impressively new, reflecting the hotel’s high standards and attention to detail. It was a comfortable space that made me feel right at home.
Overall, Apartment Hotel Yaezaki is a great choice for anyone seeking excellent service, modern rooms, and a memorable onsen experience. I would gladly stay here again.

YYuanyangmama第一次去別府，選了這家2025年新開業有私湯、海景可以走到海地獄等景點的温泉酒店，太驚喜啦！
位置/設施：
酒店在鐵論温泉附近的山上，面朝別府港大海方向，上山的幾百米車需幾道盤旋公路而上，一點小刺激！酒店樹木環繞，旁邊衹有另一個酒店及神社，非常寧靜。我們被升級的別墅（B-2）非常大，卧室有三張雙人床，還有和室、客廳、餐廳、廚房、庭院、游泳池（夏天才有水）、室內、室外温泉池、室外桑拿、兩個洗手間等，院子非常私密，但從庭院可以看到別府的海及山下多處温泉蒸汽噴發的美景。
餐飲：
套餐包含晚餐及早餐：晚餐從5:30到8:00，需最晚7:30到達。兩餐選擇豐富、食物質量非常好，餐盤也非常精緻。晚餐每人有一份現煎的和牛及大鮑魚。早餐雞蛋、培根、香腸也是現做的…
服務：
用攜程提供的郵件（英文）回覆非常快，告知下午在別府站有四次免費接站2:30/3:30/4:30/5:30。我們開始選的5:30，但當天臨時改到4:30也沒有問題。酒店派了一輛出租車來接我們。到了酒店，大堂接待的前台居然可以説中文，非常耐心地和我們介紹酒店的服務與設施！
傍晚，在小院裏泡好温泉去吃飯時發現很多客人都是穿着酒店的睡衣去進食的，好鬆弛！早飯後，我們沒有選擇酒店上午的免費送站服務，步行下山到海地獄（很近），city walk到海邊 （50分鐘左右），再🚖回酒店取行李/到別府站（4000元）。
酒店説如果想享用公共温泉，可以享用他們的姐妹酒店，走路5分鐘，留給下次！
酒店入住率感覺挺高的（很多小院外都有停車），但多説日語/韓語。發現還沒有點評，開筆分享這家難忘的海邊温泉度假酒店！

El albergue es limpio y ofrece un bar de bebidas con bebidas calientes y frías, incluidos sopas. También tienen mangas y algunos juegos de vídeo. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda.
Cons:
La ubicación es cerca de 10-15 minutos de la estación de Beppu, pero cerca de Donki Beppu y las tiendas convenientes. Sin embargo, no apoyan el ingreso temprano o tardío. Nos pidieron que dejara el equipaje sin comprobar y sin esperar cuando llegamos temprano. El punto en el que nos decepcionamos fue la notificación del tiempo de entrada. La mayoría de los hoteles/aubergos en Japón apoyan el ingreso temprano o tardío, pero parece que no tienen suficiente personal para ello. No nos dimos cuenta de que el ingreso es necesario a las 8:00. Nos llamaron alrededor de 7:10pm-ish para informar el tiempo de inicio de check-in. Y tratamos de negociar cuz que estabamos muy lejos y estabamos en las montañas. Nos llamamos cuz que intentábamos acelerar, pero casi causó un accidente. La respuesta que recibimos no fue SUPPORTIVA. Sólo dijeron que los clientes tenían que leer el tiempo de inicio de sesión en el sitio web (Trip.com) y no podían esperar ni siquiera dijimos que llegaríamos tarde por 5-10 minutos a la velocidad más rápida de nuestro viaje. Afortunadamente, hubo un grupo de clientes que estaban check-in cuando llegamos (20:05 pm) para que podamos check-in.

Sin embargo, puede disfrutar de las instalaciones termales en la azotea del edificio principal. Es necesario llevar traje de baño para acceder a la piscina de la azotea, sobre las aguas termales. Si desea acceder a la piscina exterior y a la piscina termal, recuerde traer traje de baño. Las aguas termales son muy cómodas. Un hotel en el que vale la pena alojarse.

location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner
room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often.
food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious!
onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins)
staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

Como ya me había alojado en un dormitorio compartido, pagué un poco más para elegir una habitación con tatami.
Era una habitación enorme para una persona.
Pasé cuatro días durmiendo plácidamente y en silencio en la espaciosa habitación.
Me calentaba en las aguas termales del primer piso por las mañanas y por las noches,
cocinaba cómodamente fideos udon que compré en la cocina compartida,
y carne a la parrilla.
El baño era compartido.
