Location is second to none, near to Tunjungan Plaza. Service is amazing, I loved the short hair lady with glasses at the recep. She is so warm and friendly. Indigo's staff is also lovely and attentive. Room is really nice. Big bathroom, hot showers. Good quality toilet paper (always a sign if the management cares). You can relax and trust everything works. Pool is big and the water is warm. But the immediate sides of the pool is a bit dirty. The chef here is superb. Their soto soups are out of this world. And almost everything on the breakfast buffet is so good. Except the coffee. That's pretty weak and not showing off true Indonesian coffee. The cocktails here are so good too, great taste and strong as well. Although I didn't like the one with creme de menthe. Heritage tour at 2pm and 4pm. Try to go. It's cool. .

This hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries and major shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza within 5 mins walk away. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and the entire hotel was very clean and orderly. The service staff were very helpful and able to converse in simple English. This is a super value for money hotel to stay with the family.

El desayuno es menos opcional, pero es diferente cada mañana. Si no le gusta comer en el hotel, el Grand Central en el paso de distancia tiene muchas opciones. La limpieza de la habitación necesita mejorar.

Room: Good, although my request for city view was declined. They said the room with city view was full. Too bad. I got the room with bad view 🥺 Service: Fast. Time for check-in fast as well as time for check-out. They serve very well. I asked for room service and it was fast. Nicely done Food: Good comforting food. But for the pastry was so-so. The last day we stayed there, they prepared our early breakfast for takeaway, very good pacakaging. The Indonesian food was ok and many variations to choose Amenities: Poor. The towel was not proper to use, too old & we don't get fully amenities, for that we need to call for it. Need to improve. Will I stay there again?... Well, may be. Someday. But Aria not in the top of my list 😅🙏

Tenía un buen tiempo. El entorno era bueno y todas las instalaciones que se ofrecen podían disfrutarse. Definitivamente volverá en el futuro. He tenido algunas dificultades, pero se ha manejado bien a los trabajadores.

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado. Justo al lado hay una tienda Indomaret abierta las 24 horas (similar a un 7-Eleven) y a unos 10 minutos a pie se encuentra Tunjungan Plaza, un centro comercial muy grande. El hotel ofrece un menú de almuerzo por 30.000 IDR que incluye arroz y té helado ilimitado. Las instalaciones son bastante básicas si no buscas lujos. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran es el ruido del aire acondicionado. La primera noche, hacía tanto ruido que me mantuvo despierto hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Por lo demás, no tengo ninguna otra queja.

Entrando en mi habitación las hojas eran grises, tenía agujeros y teñidos. Si usas un lavadero exterior y alquila tu ropa alguien necesita cambiar tu contrato!! Gris no es blanco. Las paredes están cubiertas en el ducha y son sucias. Ducha y toallas están bien. La puerta de fuego no se cerró. Si este es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, es el personal que lo mantienen allí, una revisión aunque en mi opinión te caería a dos estrellas en el mejor! ¡Los propietarios necesitan reinvertir!!

La habitación tiene un limpiador, muy pequeño, mi equipaje no está bien, así que sólo coloco mi maleta fuera de la cápsula. Creo que está bien porque Indonesia es bastante seguro. El personal es útil, el check-in y el check-out es rápido. Nice para un corto estadía de noche si tiene un bajo presupuesto.
